and rear! The new CPU is said to be up to twice as fast, with graphics performance up to nine times better than on the

示的阅读人次达十几亿。异常的传播速度，引起外界的质疑，有大陆媒体人士指出，不
排除中共官方利用民众关注公共安全的心理，引导舆情，来淡化「巴拿马文件」披露中
共高层丑闻造成的影响。
4月5号凌晨开始，一位名叫「弯弯－2016」的女网友连发数条微博并上传视频披露，她
在4月3号晚入住如家旗下的望京和颐酒店时，在走廊突然遭遇一名陌生男子强行拖拽袭
击、险些被拖走。期间她大声呼救，但围观的酒店安保人员没有出手相救。幸亏一位女
房客阻拦，才得以惊险逃脱。「弯弯」还指责如家酒店事发前后态度「冷漠」以及当地
派出所接到报案后无动于衷。
消息迅速引爆网路络，短短两天，相关话题在新浪微博上的阅读量达到17.4亿，讨论数
超过200万次，成为「网络第一热闻」。
多家媒体认为，事件能发酵成为举国关注的焦点，折射了大陆民众对公共安全保障的深

像一个知道第二天将得到人生第一个游戏机的孩子一样，那个晚上真是难睡着啊，却知
道必须要睡好，才能迎接第二天体力上的挑战，睡着了，就做梦，然后就是不停醒来，
看表，再接着睡，最后一次醒来是4点半，离事先上好的闹钟还有20分钟，就直接起来
了，很精神，一点不像才睡了5个小时的样子。谁又不想做个快乐的孩子呢？
和小鹿的的相逢就像初恋的男女，一个在树上跃跃欲试，充满期待，一个在密林里小心谨慎，左顾右
盼，每一步下脚都犹豫不决，却又偶尔莫名的一阵乱冲乱跳。箭在弦上，那一刻，你的眼里只有它。
此处省去三百六十五个字。看表，8:02am. 收拾，托回家。
午饭和休息都很短暂，下午的林子清亮很多，却还是那么潮湿，蚊子都是重量级的，个

发帖数: 251 | 45 跑步将近两年，但在BBS和跑版属于新人，这是本人平生第三帖。休马基本匀速，乏善
可陈，这里主要讲讲自己的伤病斗争，赛前训练，配速选择和赛前准备。摆出来供大牛
和老手们批评指正，也希望对可能面临同样问题的新手有所借鉴。
自己不会发包子，完了大家给记个数，回帖的包子我直接捐跑版吧。
个人简介：
BMI 29+ 起步，开始几个月练椭圆机和自行车。被朋友怂恿强行上了一个斑马 ，跑完
扶墙整整扶了三周。发誓雪耻，开始练跑步。
休马前传：
一年前找到屯子的组织，跟着老大们跑了两个多月。上了个全马，跑完不用扶墙，十分
得意。对于准备跑马的新手来说，千万不要被一开始的火速进步所迷惑，很大部分可能
只是来自于减重。这时候往往容易激进，把训练目标和强度定的过高。如果你不是天赋
异秉，那么伤病就在不远处等着你呢。再有就是训练中要避免同时改变一个以上变量，
众所周知的比如上强度就不同时上里程。个人认为此原则可以推广到改跑姿，换跑鞋等
等等等。这不仅仅有助于减少伤病，而且对分析伤病起因很有帮助，至少伤后能对症下
药。我是无知者无畏，连犯N条大忌，把本来简单的小伤搞成了难缠的慢性伤。伤势虽

Continental airline的机票， 从raleigh，NC (depart on 8:40am)飞到Newark Int'l
airport (arrive on 10:02am at Terminal A),然后从Newark Int'l airport （
Depart on 11：10am at Terminal C）飞往上海. 中间只有一个小时的转机时间，从
terminal A跑到terminal C，请有经验的朋友指点一下能赶上去上海的飞机吗？国际飞
机一般提前多长时间就不允许登机了？ |

你如果出生在星座交接上，需要查一下自己到底是哪个星座
当然交接上的同学基本上不需要把自己放在一个星座里面，可以说自己是属于两个星座的
