我身高5'3,目前体重，汗，家里没有称，我也不太确定。。其实我也不太care 数字，
也不知到我这个身高体型减到多重穿衣服就能好看了，所以还是拿衣服size来衡量好了
。这么说吧，现在穿tommy hilfiger 2s的牛仔裤，目标是能穿下0s的，这么定目标可
以吗。。。目测就是一个字，壮，而且现在肉还有变松的趋势，走路直晃。。。
打算从下周一开始，2个月达到目标。这周在版上学习，下周开始每天上来汇报饮食和

who were promoted to 4.0 a few days ago. I have at least 70% chance beating
any of them any given day (and they are not match to solid 4.0s), but I am
3.5. I am just worried that they might not want to play with me any more:-). |

video. That has to change. Here is my own judgement of my skill level. I
feel it is time to do some footwork drills and hit some overheads.
Serve: weak among 4.0. But I have a hard time to picture myself over-
powering any 4.0 with serves. I played with more than two dozens of 4.0s,
only one can over-power me with serves (bouncing to the fence while
ascending). Otherwise, it is just a matter of receiving serves 0, 1, 2, |

.0s can tackle game plan, they're not far from 4.5. I think you might be
bumped to 4.5 next year since you have so high winning ratio in singles. By
the way, it is very tough for right-handed players to play with lefties,
because they don't get to play lefties that often.

6:3 at a regular base, you won't be bumped up. Unless you get to win some
singles in the state or regional 4.0 playoffs.

3.0 can play a little, but basically the lowest level for people who
actually play
3.5 most players fall into this category. Decent players who understand the
game, they just lack a weapon or consistency. Old guys can play at this
level until they are 80.
4.0 good players. Consistent, have weapons, etc. These are the better club
players and the good high school kids.
