现在好多便宜的气枪1000ft/s，可以打铅弹的，big5最便宜的109.99块，选择多，几个
主要牌子貌似都有。walmart 有几种，不过1000ft/s及以上的要价125-155之间，我买
了一个可以换枪管的.177/.22的，铁瞄加瞄准镜，很准，一看中国制照，还不错，哈哈

All except me have summitted Baker more than once. So it is just a social
walk up. No one has strong desire to summit, hehe, except me... |

google地图测距，谅山城东的高峰顶峰到公路距离1英里左右。山地就挨着公路。谅山
以南10英里左右1A公路所在山谷宽度不到200ft，20英里处的1A公路在高山河谷中穿过
，两边山脉山脊距公路不到一英里，山谷宽度不到1000ft。
中国军队进攻只能往南，往东困难（东边还有山地），在有陇一带山地必然遭到越军阻

发帖数: 339 | 37 刚签了一个房子的合同，贷款也approve了，就等着close呢。房子在一个很好的学区，neighborhood也很好，是一个只有四户的CUL-DE-SAC。昨天突然看见开始砍树，我的agent从Town Office要来了规划图，说是这条街要往里延伸1000ft,要盖8座新房子（一面四户），但还是CUL-DE-SAC，新房子和我们买的将保持同样的style，lot也差不多（1A 左右）。
请问这种情况有什么不好？将来会不会影响房子的价格？谢谢！ |

If there is no restriction, buy the whole thing and divide later. To sell
part of the package, if no limitation, will only need frontage (connection
to street) so that the other part can have easement.
If only worry about yard work, no one can control your backyard except
yourself. You can redesign the backyard so that it does not need work.
Acreage for a house can be as low as 0.1 in some areas. 0.1 acre is about

社区老印太多 70%左右
房价不低 80万左右 类似价格在当地学区可以买到90年建的房子 类似质量 lot半公顷
就是离火车站更远些
请问这样的房子值得买么 另外resale会不会不容易 |
