小弟同一个系换title,办了H1 extension。小蜜说你的H1b现在没有approve,不能。

你这是final HUD, 还是GFE?
要是GFE那没有大问题, 如果用的是chicago title的话, 约loop office closing的
话, 1101 and 1108可以再便宜点, 903的$100是一年的吧?你如果已经付了的话,
应该显示POC, 那你的1001不应该也是100, 一般应该只escrow 3个月的。 一般condo
和townhome的assessment是不应该escrow的。 现在cook county的tax bill 已经出来
了, 你应该查好数带去,要求少reserves。 原则越少越好。

1111. Endorsement Fees
1112. Courier/Delivery Service
1114. Inspection Fee
没有单独的escrow fee, 不知道是不是和我们的settlement fee是一个东西.如果是的
话,应该是
和seller分的吧,如果50%以后是1066,那好像贵了。

1005 is propert tax
1101 & 1103 are insurances, not taxes
1204 & 1206 are non-recurring (one-time) property transfer taxes.

这些fee看起来合理吗? 我只知道transfer tax根据地区不同,可能一边出一半。其他

总算把房子给买下来了。房子是银行的,感觉上还可以,这房子市场价位近三十万,我
出了二十五万。因为当时忙着出差,中介的信誉也很好,就全权交给了她(从签合同到
申请贷款)。当时她说如果用她的贷款的话,不会超过五千,但现在最终结果却是六千
五百多点。所以约她来看看到底什么地方被多收了,或者可以避免。
这里把这些费用列出来,希望有经验的大侠帮我把一下关,十分感谢!

1. short sale, seller用的title company, 说希望我也用这个公司, 因为他们已经
和银行打了很长时间的交道. 希望熟悉马里兰情况的大牛说说这个收费是否合理。
