要是GFE那没有大问题， 如果用的是chicago title的话， 约loop office closing的
话， 1101 and 1108可以再便宜点， 903的$100是一年的吧？你如果已经付了的话，
应该显示POC， 那你的1001不应该也是100， 一般应该只escrow 3个月的。 一般condo
和townhome的assessment是不应该escrow的。 现在cook county的tax bill 已经出来
了， 你应该查好数带去，要求少reserves。 原则越少越好。 |

出了二十五万。因为当时忙着出差，中介的信誉也很好，就全权交给了她（从签合同到
申请贷款）。当时她说如果用她的贷款的话，不会超过五千，但现在最终结果却是六千
五百多点。所以约她来看看到底什么地方被多收了，或者可以避免。
