AA）,才是最大的问题。
不得不说亚裔法官从5个涨到25个还是很好地成果，但是这个成果与其说是包括8020在
内的亚裔团体推动的，不如说是AA推动的，AA一直是奥巴马上台后民主党的主打政策，
本质就是搞平均化，人口representation，联邦法官一共800多个，25个亚裔大概占了3
%，美国的亚裔人口大概4.8%，应该还能再加几个。
所以对于奥巴马来说这就是个顺水人情，没有你们他也要做的事情，但是对于共和党来
说，你们的问卷一开头就是EO 11246人家当然不会回复，所以不是民主党选了你们，而
是你们一开始就选了和民主党相同的方向。
问题是AA本质上就是拼人数而不是拼质量，最大的受益者还是黑人和劳模，亚裔人口少
，素质相对高，如果实行AA在大多数地方例如工作，入学等等都会吃亏，SCA5以后很多
华人都醒悟到，AA总体来讲对亚裔弊大于利，如果8020一直抱着AA不放，至少这里的新
