星期打电话去催了一下（因为超出TSC的normal processing time），结果得到以下回
复：

We have received your service request and researched the status of your case
. There are currently no visas available to process your I-485 application.
Your priority date, March 26, 2010, is later than the cut-off listed on the

of J1 visa application. You did not mention if this Institute can issue DS-
2019 form.
Most Universities and Institutes in USA can issue DS-2019 or I-20 form, some
cannot, they should be approved by DOS(Department of State). If it is
possible, they can apply for J1 visa for him.
About visa problems, you can call DOS visa office, Number is 202-663-1541,
then dial 0, then wait for visa specialist to answer your phone, ever |

J1 can transfer to F1 visa without waiver if you want to stay in USA, but
you need pay full-time student tuition before you get I-20 form even in
Community College.
DOS visa office can answer your any questions, number is 202-663-1541, then
dial 0, then wait in line until specialist answer your questions, this
service from every business day east time 8:30 to 16:30 except lunch tim |

的可以自己去打下面的电话听录音，要ring差不多两分钟才开始播。
大跃进已结束，接下来就是停止不动和倒退，秋天见了。唉，So close....

一直没批，弄了个inquiry，昨天有个回复说正在actively processing我的case。
今天收到一个email，是回我发给TSC followup的，说：
