What SHOULD I do??? My 485 was filed based on my approved EB3-140 downgrade
but my 485 receipts showed the EB2 category. Not sure what caused the
error. My EB3-485 should be current now but EB2 has never been current.
I got the following message from the Congressional Inquiry:

5月1号发的SR，因为那时候想先看看是不是自动relink，所以仅仅是查status，没有要
求relink。一周不到就收到回复，然后我赶紧急了信要求relink。

发帖数: 210 | 36 我自己是EB2，PD是12年12月。去年六月PD current的时候交了485，老公也跟着交了
485。因为我们公司也给我申请了EB3 I-140， 所以上个月我的日期在EB3 category
current之后公司律师给我relink了（律师只说给USCIS写了封email，具体怎么操作的
不知道）。然后两个星期之前我的绿卡收到了。但是老公的绿卡没有动静。我问了公司
律师，他们也建议可以给我老公做个SR。于是上个周末我就提交了online SR，星期五
收到回复，居然说我老公的485 case没有名额，不能处理。但是按照EB3 category,我
的PD还是current的。不知道为什么USCIS认为没有名额。我老公自己也有一份EB2的申
请，他自己的PD很晚是14年的了。现在就不知道USCIS是把我老公的case归在我的EB2下
面了，还是他自己的EB2下面了，所以认为没有名额。接下去我们应该怎么做？是不是
应该给USCIS打电话去问。

决定独自出门耍几天。我最终还是没有良心泯灭，单人行改成了同娃一起旅游，目的地
坐标指针也从法国逆时针旋转到了意大利的罗马。
从定hotel和train tickets开始，就奠定了这趟旅行的欢乐基调。Booking上看的hotel
，北罗马有家四星级酒店，住3晚上，双人间才100欧元，还包括免费早餐。廉价得没天
理嘛，让我都忍不住怀疑会不会是黑店啊。但review score也很decent，几百个人打分
，有8分。再看火车票，Zurich去Milano的往返票才56瑞郎，比其他时段票价便宜了100
多。米兰去罗马的票大人加小孩单程74欧元。住行算下来，便宜得够意思了。唰唰搞定
