Industry meetings concerning the shortages, here's what we were told:

觉得小腿韧带的柔韧程度。
就是从椭圆机上下来， 做一下这两个stretch，但是时间可能并不长，大概一边15s,
做两次吧。。。
不过比较disappointing的是，还没有啥效果。 不过也没有再胖，也算是效果吧，哎~~

跟上潮流也开始健身减肥。在这里记录一下鞭策自己吧。
身高178cm，多年没有变化了。体重从大学时候大概130斤到前几年到美国145磅左右，
再涨到160，高峰时期可能接近165，前段时间差不多160-162磅。
最近走路上班，单程约1.33miles，大约4-5miles/hour的速度。周末带LP娃走trail，
平时有空做俯卧撑什么的。准备有空再单独跑步。现在要做饭，帮忙带娃，工作很忙，
还没抽出固定时间（每天1小时）运动。
经过一个多月的调整，最近大概降到153-154磅。大家测体重都什么时间？我是等晚上
洗漱完毕一家人轮流过秤。早上秤要轻一些，从trail回来更轻，波动范围从不到153至
155多。
后来的基本策略是健康饮食，逐渐增加锻炼，争取恢复到145-148左右。减去肥肉之后
增加肌肉，以后希望到150-155之间。
