年中国大陆 EB2 的批准数量,可看出每年共有3000 - 7000.

因此, 夏天至少应排到2006年9月低. 如运气好 (3000的spill over),回到2007年1月中
. 真实的应该排到 2 者之间.
注意:
1) 本年度第1季(10-12月), 共批了约600个. 略小于全年配额度/4.
2) EB2在06年初的有230的增长. 不知是EB3的conversion, 还是另外. 但数目不大.影
响不大.

will be close, but your number of the demand (08/2006-07/2007) is not
accurate enough.
I checked the USCIS inventory, there are around 29k pending C&I cases from
08/2006-07/2007. Plus the PWMB number 6k, it will be 35k, similar to my
estimation. I don't know where you got the demand of 25k, but it is lower
than the reality.

- If you left US over 30 days, it will be a new admission for sure.
- If less than 30 days, it may be a "re-enter". I think it may depend on if
you returned I-94 when you exit. Not too sure about this part.
- The officer is not a nut. If you try to do this for extend your stay, you
