136DTE short 20P long 25P
中短线的话可以搞 45DTE ATM 的 put spread
拿 call 来搞也行，不过 vix spikes 的时候拿 put 搞更 capital efficient 一些
time decay 不是主要考虑因素，主要还是方向 |
