The author did not notice China's scale is 10 times larger than Japan, 20
times larger than Korea and 200 times larger than Sinapore.
Just as British could not let Germany develop as it is willing to at the
beginning of 20th century, U.S. won't let China develop either at the
beginning of 21th century.
So I guess, China has to fight quite a lot of battles to obtain a stable
economy growth, not as easily and linearly as the author expects. |
