将近7年前被charge过 leave the scene，没人员受伤，车身轻微的scratch了一下，自

Brand new carpet, brand new roof replacement. Built in 2002, 3924 sf
I gave an offer 380K Close date: Feb 15,2010
but countered from BOA:415K Close date: 12/30/2010
what should I do? they require an answer within 24hours
Any idea for my counter price next??

低频噪音，音量不大，只要空调开着或有人说话看电视就完全听不见。不过在完全安静
的时候就会听到
找condo manager看了一下应该是对面楼的中央空调或变电房的声音，因为不是我们
building，没有办法。奇怪的是，我周围的邻居都没有反应或投诉
刚开始几天完全睡不着，现在习惯了基本不会影响睡觉，但感觉特别不好，毕竟是买的
房子
有没有什么办法可以隔掉这种低频的噪音？我quote过抗噪的窗户，要10K，觉得有点贵
(整面墙都是落地窗)
