发股票是根据你有多少股票来vest的。 少的一个quarter才vest一次。 多的一个月
vest一次。 vested 的股票在trading window open 的时候随便卖，一次卖完都可以。

developer oncall $400/week, 24x7. SRE 的比这强多了， 最多到 base X 15%.
spot bonus 500 -> 50000 不等。 拿$250这个我就不知道是是什么回事了。
要税后数据也不好说阿。 人家有孩子放子的多deduction, 双职工没娃没房的最亏！
在加州的更亏！
大不分码工federal tax on average 是 28%＋吧， 还有几个percent扣medical care,
social security, 洲税10%. 所以基本上40%没有了。30万年薪的能净收18万就差不

我倒是很佩服楼主流浪的生活方式，我现在在想，其实我也可以这么做。
第一，我们公司有个onsite gym, 24小时开放，里面有淋浴，所以个人卫生应该没问题
了。
第二，公司每个楼面都有微波炉和冰箱，所以我可以买点菜，生的熟的，可以向楼主请
教一下怎么用微波炉做菜。
第三，公司的每人都有自己的办公室，所以这么一来，我可以把一些衣服什么的打包放
在办公室里，也没人知道。
第四，公司有garage, 一般是24x7可以停车的，除非有施工，但这样也会有通知的。所
以停车的问题也可以解决。
现在能想到的麻烦有：
第一，睡觉是个问题，可以用睡袋，睡在办公室的地上，但办公室有一小条玻璃墙，外
面可以看见里面，所以没有很private, 会影响睡眠。
第二，长此以往，难免不被人发现，被发现了就很尴尬了 |

我租的一个较大公司大公寓，已经四年半了，一切都照章办事，从来没有任何麻烦。也
按期交了要离开的书面通知，通知后他们就不时的带人来看公寓，每次也都先打电话来
，除了有一才我在度假以外，我都让他们进来，而且我人都在家里。
但是今天周六，我和老公带儿子一早就去看电影了，我也没带手机，大约十二点的时候
回到家，发现家门开着，原来他们一个工作人员在带人看我们的公寓，她说她打电话给
我留了言。还说什么合同说可以带人近来。
我查了合同书，上面说要有我的允许才可以。
我很气愤，想问一下这种情况下我应该怎样做，不想就这样了事。
