Kevin Zhu - 打过几次交道。rate 在非jumbo loan 里算低的，自己的团队，做事效率
较高，very flexible， 本人讲话比较有耐心，愿意听顾客的需求。团队里的代表就
水平不齐了。
Well Fargo － 大公司，很多process，步骤，做事很慢，underwriter 有东西有
piecemeal的感觉， 似乎不懂同步进行。 rate 最近jumbo里算低的。和BOA有一比。

我一个月前丢掉的一台 DELL 电脑是 8 年前买的，几乎一直在 24x7 用，没啥大的质
量问题。
从联想买过三个 tablet PCs (same brand name: thinkpad), shipped from Shanghai.
And I returned all of them due to obvious quality problems!
And they asked me to pay for the shipping of the 3rd one!!

I have bought nearly 2 dozens of computers for families, mainly for myself.
My best desktop/server (used almost 24x7 for 8 years!) was from Dell.
My best laptop (4 year old, now running Windows 7 Ultimate super smoothly,
never let me down) was from Dell.
Only my best gaming machine was not from Dell, as it was custom made by
myself.

不是是个博士就要，也很挑剔。所以能被选中，并不是偶然的运气好。面试一般是一整
天，PTD有的面试时从早上7点半，直到晚上六点半的dinner都包括，在这种强度下的筛
选，不出类拔萃大多都被刷下去了。
Intel的手机是blackberry,可以page,call,send text, 查工作email,24x7,随时随地都
能找到你,那些晚上周末的时间都白搭进去了。不是RCG一般都呆不长。在别的公司没有
一周工作80小时的，但是在Intel PTD/D1D/D1C 很普遍。 |

来看一个人的成长经历：
0—18岁高中毕业，期间都是由父母供应吃住医疗教育等开支，对他来说他期间未挣钱
，都是福利。
高中毕业后，学了个一年的京剧培训班，不用交学费，反而一年有一万元的津贴，这时
算是“挣”了一万元。
然后，又再学了个一年的拉丁舞培训班，没有补贴，反而每年要交一万元学费。这很正
常，上培训班本来就应该交学费。 之前学京剧倒补一万， 不是因为京剧和拉丁舞有何
本质不同，而是因为国家鼓励人学京剧。
然后，去参军三年，当兵的这三年，吃住医疗全免费而且有收入，但这三年兵没打仗。
这钱也不是挣的，国家为了安全，养兵千日，用兵一时， 即使不用兵，也得备着， 而
维持军队的存在，本身就要经费。
退伍后，上了四年本科，学杂费全免，每月还有少许津贴够吃住，这和前面学京剧实际
上一样。
