went out to take a look at several model houses. The builder has one model
that had laid out foundation. They asked for 261k. We countered offer with
235k, which is our agent suggestion. and the final deal is that 250k and
they will pay our closing cost. I really do not know this is good or bad
deal. I live in CO.Any thoughts? |

优点：
1. 交通方便，靠近355,往北去shaumburg 或者往南去Downers Grove, Oak Brook都很
方便
离Lombard 火车站1.5 miles, 快车28 分钟 慢车 40分钟 进城
小区就在Greater western trail 边上，夏天可以通过trial骑车8分钟直达火车站
Greater western trail也是跑步溜娃，骑车好去处。临近Lombard,Glen Ellyn都
是很有意思的历史小镇。

Day care $1,600 a month for 12 month: 19K, 38K for two kids not including
holidays and after hours.
Day care for holiday and after hours for double pay, about 1/3 of the year:
19K, 38K for two
Cooking for one meal for family: $50 a time and 7.8K
Cleaning for one hour for house: $100 a time and 73K a year if two hours
cleaning daily.
now we are looking for $156K already. Remember this is post tax so roughly $
261K for 40% tax rate
