艺术专业的， 基本上没有可以量化的东西。 能量化的就这有这些了。
平均了一下，大都是在5％之内，可以吗？ 还有几个是州内的比赛，有一个是有年龄限
制的， 不知道算不算。
大家给看看能不能用这个证明top％
是不是只要提供比赛方或者是juror的推荐信就可以证明。
因为2010年开始每年都有比赛，是不是可以证明TOP%是sustained
具体的比赛如下：

批了（RD Jun 26th EB1B）。我的EAD差不多快90天才批。因为你RD到OPT过期不到3个
月，你必须要去加急处理。就上某楼上说的financial loss为理由。你可以多管齐下，
自己打电话到USCIS申请（直接要求转Tier2），同时找议员帮你催。如果都没有效果，
你最坏的结果是OPT过期至拿到EAD卡之间不能工作。一般情况下，单位允许你请unpaid
的假。Bless！ |

cases快。我的case很简单很普通，不知道为什么。

我要求，就帮转了Tier 2。Tier 2挺热心，问要不要inquiry，我说好啊，她就帮我
