Hi, fellows,
I heard an extremely sad news about a Chinese couple living in Windsor,
Ontario, Canada a few weeks ago. Jian Liu died from a traffic accident in
London, ON, while he was driving for a job interview in Toronto area on Jan.
26th at the age of 31, leaving a 5-month pregnant wife with no income at all.
This is heart-breaking for his wife, unborn child, nearly 80 years old

July 29 结婚领证
Aug DIY 准备材料， 问律师好贵，老婆说要DIY，她来弄， 然后最后还是都我自己弄
的。
中间两周准备国内的出生证明和无犯罪记录公证， 然后电子扫描过来，交的打印件。
费时间的部分是和civil surgeon 预约， 我们这儿小农村， 就两个医生做这个， 而
且一周只做一次， 队排满了， 我们在网上找的附近的城市， 往返开了5个小时。
坑爹的医生什么实际的事情都不用做收了$250, 只看以前的疫苗记录然后签字。
有个乙肝疫苗没打， 后来自己去学校医院打的， 去医生那里来回开了3次往返。
Aug 14th 递交所有的材料
Sep 5th RFE
Sep 11th 打指纹(打指纹好像网上没有更新，是直接收到的邮件)
Oct 18th RFE response review 开学之后忙了， 磨磨蹭蹭弄了一个月才把RFE的材料
回复过去。
Nov 12th 又收到电子RFE的通知， 正式的邮件花了2周才收到， 收到通知RFE的原因

got approval on July 29th. Add PP to speed it up! A lot of people do it,
so if you don't, you have to wait... |

In response to Fatgirl, My lawyer emailed me the receipt in which the
receipt date is April 26th and I guess it was mailed on April 25th. I don't
know when did she get the notice (I guess some time last week), but it seems
like pretty fast. Hopefully you will get your notice soon. Good luck! |

relink to NIW 485 and got cards on May.
But they sent me message and email update my status tonight to say "send you
approved notice on July 26th" although I got it month ago.
Anyway, seems they are working on EB1 cases |

I submitted my EB1B on July 5th, 2011.
For some reason, I PP on August 19th, 2011. Today, I received email from my
lawyer that my case was approved August 26th, 2011.
Faster than I expected, only five days.
I did my application through Sabrina,Zac Liu's association, which personally
is profession and on time.
Thanks God.

holder. If you got GC after 26th birthday, you didn't need to register for
