世界上所有的政治家、经济学家、社会学家在分析估计中国状况时，普遍依赖中共国官
方统计数字。当然，除此之外，也没有人能够提供另外一套统计数据。虽然一些头脑清
醒的人意识到中共国统计数据有假，但是哪些数据有假？假到什么程度？却难以估计。
所以为了图懒省事，大家往往就用中共国官方的统计数据来进行各种分析。
前苏联时，苏共当局提供的种种统计数据表明，苏联的许多经济指标都已经超过美国，
至于医疗教育社会保障住房等等统计数据，状况似乎更好。以致大部分依赖数据、缺乏
洞察力的西方学者，几乎大半认为苏联各方面状况，特别是经济状况，即使没有美国好
，差距也不大。
直到1991年，苏联一夜之间崩溃瓦解之后，西方世界才有机会了解苏联真实的状况。几
千名学者实地调查研究数年后，才有大致相当的判断：前苏联的经济规模，仅仅相当于
美国的十分之一左右！

晚上催。当天晚上去超市买了最喜欢的色拉，吃完最后一顿丰盛的晚餐，心想
第二天收拾个产包就等入院了。结果没想到就在当晚——
10:45pm,开始感觉到肚子发紧，因为整个孕晚期宫缩一直非常柔和，这点感
觉足以让我怀疑是不是阵痛要来了，于是让老公开始记录，很规律的每五分钟一
次，但是不疼，我想会不会是假警报。
11:45pm，整整一个小时，开始有了轻微的胀痛。因为校区的电话断线，老公决
定开车去他实验室给医院打电话，我在家等。在老公离开的半个小时，宫缩开始越见
频繁，我已经咬紧牙开始尝试各种姿势，蹲，坐马桶，侧躺，这种痛和我原先想象的
阵痛完全不同。然后迷糊中只听见老公回来说OB让去医院。老公开始收拾产包最后的
一点东西拎到车子上，我坐上车，短短七分钟的路程已经宫缩了三次，我一心想着快
点开快点开，晚了挨批丢要来不及上了。车子停在急诊门口时，老公去推轮椅，我已
经寸步难行，有三个警察在门口聊天，见到我马上走过来，可是我已经没法答话，嘴

按照AM的18周55迈计划，不过执行情况好了很多。首马的时候，一个20迈都没完成，最
长的long run只是一个18迈，还是垮掉走下来完成的。这次，四个20迈，两个18迈，倒
是都认真完成了，虽然pace依旧很慢，最快的一次20迈也不过是8:52的pace。
赛前天气预报说很冷，吓得怕冷的我cold gear和glove全套准备，实际天气却好得出奇
，一件长袖对怕冷的人也足矣，连手套都没用上（事实证明，不带手套，更方便比赛途
中补水吃gel），芝加哥著名的大风也不见踪影，可谓天公作美。出发前跟mark哥聊天
说到target pace要稳重，按照我long run的水平，我给自个订的目标是3：35，力争3
：30。计划第一迈9分热身，前半程8分，后半程随意发挥（说好听点是随行，难听点就
是没指望）。不过一随着人流起跑，情况就不幸被mark哥说中。心中念着9分9分9分慢
点来，第一迈跑完405报告7:34！因为嫌累赘，没带心率计，鸡血的效果一起来脑子对
