安全舒适，小区有几个游泳池和网球场。地理位置方便，近57号,60号 10号，和71号高
速，与Cal Poly Pomona， Mt.SAC 近在咫尺,离华人餐馆超市聚集的Rowland Height也
很近。
房子为两层独立Condo, 面积有1,105 sq ft，一层是两个车位的车库,车库内楼梯直接
上二楼。月租$1400，包括冰箱，微波炉，洗碗机，洗衣和烘干
机。因为要分租的不是主卧，稍小一点，大概180 sq ft，所以分担其中$675即可。另
外还需和本人分担电，煤气，和网络费用。我6月初刚刚从房主那里租过整套房子，这

分其他房子都比较老旧），对住户提供免费游泳池、网球场、健身房及停车场。下楼就
有公交车站，5分钟有匹大校巴站，出行方便。步行15分钟有匹大饭堂。
小区非常安全。入住要做background checking，apartment building有门禁卡，小区
24小时有警卫巡逻，安全有保障。
2br，每间卧室有各自的独立卫生间、空调、衣橱。每间房包括living room都有大窗户
，光线充足（看过的很多旧房子要嘛窗户很小，要嘛被其他建筑挡住了，很不爽）。
Share厨房、living room，整个apartment面积923ftsq，两间卧室面积均等，约
220ftsq，具体房型见附图。房租包大部分utility（特别是包暖，漫长冬天可以省下大
笔取暖费），不包电和网 。厨房、卫生间设施齐全，有抽油烟机（看了不少房子，大
部分都没有抽油烟机，也不能自己装，没法做饭）、有冰箱、洗碗机。Living room也
挺大，感觉很舒服。全屋铺设地毯。Apartment building内有洗衣房。

如果我自己拟定一个sublease contract(比如按照正规的模板)，然后和人签，有法律

finished basement ，有可能在那里弄出一个睡觉的地方的房子，好像这种房型，有时
候也不见得比第一种要不好住，甚至面积更大，而价格又便宜不少。。。
