把东西买回来了。走路大概十分钟就能到macy's，开车三四分钟就能上94，适合在
downtown上班或是喜欢downtown生活的人。
楼内有健身房、游泳池、电影院（定期放电影，免费供应爆米花），每个apartment有
自己的洗衣机烘干机，因为是2BR 2BA，两个卧室分布在客厅和厨房的两侧，所以两个
人都有自己独立的私人空间。楼层是16层，不用担心有噪音会太吵的问题，额外福利是
风景很好，偶尔还能看到烟花。
房租$1600/month,两人平分。现在lease九月底到期，需要七月底前给leasing office
