the lease ends(end of the Feb).The location is very good and convennient for
shopping,2min walk to foodlion, and the price is reasonable ($275) you need

发帖数: 1613 | 13 其实我是经过多次的失败，不过新换了酵母就是不一样。
我用的是all purpose面粉（Big Spring Mill），酵母是日正的。
先把酵母在30度左右的水中活化后，然后将酵母水搅匀，慢慢倒到面里。
然后，揉的表面光滑，就是所谓的“三光”，盆光、手光、面光，盖上饧。
我把面放到了烤箱里（因为室内温度低），先把烤箱调到200F，1-2min关掉，再把面放
进去。大概过了2个小时多点，就差不多了。看着面里面有蜂窝状的就好了。
然后就是做馒头，我揉的时候加了一点点碱，因为我觉得我的酵母放的有点多，闻着有
酸味，揉的时候加了一点点碱。
做好馒头，最重要的步骤就是再一次饧，一直饧到轻轻在馒头上按一个手印，那个手印
可以慢慢的恢复成原来没按的样子，就好了（妈妈的经验）！
上锅。我是冷水上锅，开锅后盖上锅盖，开了锅后调成中火继续20min左右，关火。这
时，不着急开锅，等个2-3min再开。
不知道是不是正确，不过，吃着很不错。 |

上个星期宝宝出生了，6lb3oz，37w+1顺转剖。先说说整个过程。整个孕期一直都很顺
利，楼主我一直活蹦乱跳，坚持运动。从32周开始各种不适，包括耻骨巨疼，有时候疼
到没法走路；还有几天因为宝宝压到膀胱，一直想尿尿，后来医生开了抗生素。另外从
30w开始，医生就开始念叨说我们宝宝偏大，34w时她说宝宝6lb2oz，bdp 94mm，建议我
早点剖腹产生出来。一心想顺产的我就一直吃的不多，从30w开始到最后生居然一斤没
长。总之介于上述各种情况，我从34周开始就跟公司请假，work from home。这个时候
宫缩就越来越频繁。到36w那天，肚子开始疼，去了医院做胎监，发现已经2min一次规
律宫缩。医生让我留在医院观察，内检之后开始流血，医生说血流的有点多，先住一晚
，如果明天还是这么多就要剖腹。于是我就很明确跟医生说，我想顺产而且一定要等到
足月再生。这个时候很感激医院的一个护士，晚上来看我的时候，她问我肚子疼不疼，
当时宫缩已经相当厉害，肚子硬的像石头，也开了两指，但是确实肚子不怎么疼。护士

LD说今天又在家门口看到蛇,虽不大也应该不是毒蛇,却总让人不爽.今晚下班就开始抓
捕行动.一周前已经抓到一条了,开车1mile放了.在门口把草都翻掉了也不见蛇影,怎么
抓呢?看到门口garage墙角有一土洞,感觉应该就躲里面了,于是用了温辣椒水灌洞,果然
过不了2mins,蛇被熏出来了.小点的先出来,接着又出来了一条大一点点的,一起送到
1mile外放了.辣椒水就是水煮辣椒,兑水后温热热的往洞里灌.看照片,这蛇该是普通的
garden snake吧?另附用蚯蚓沉底钓到的大嘴和perch照. |
