感觉还不错，昨天中午打电话lock的，正好是最低的时候。July 1好像也出现过一次
closing之前如果rate降幅不小于0.25%，有一次免费relock机会
credit score给我算的728，问了下我这家是740一个档，720-740一个档，不过能拿的
rate都是一样的，所以也相当于拿到了最低rate
