麻雀I型
麻雀导弹始于1940年代后期，当时美国海军计划发展一种可被导引的空对空火箭。美国
海军在1947年委托Sperry研发一种使用乘波导引版本、直径5英寸（127毫米）的标准空
用火箭（HVAR）。这个武器被划分为热点计划（Project Hotshot）的一部分。最初使
用KAS-1的编号，之后更改为AAM-2，最后在1948年改为AAM-N-2。弹体由道格拉斯设计
，由于HVAR直径仅5英寸的弹体无法容纳所需电子设备，弹体被增至8英寸（203毫米）

房子在Newport (Jersey City, NJ)社区的高层住宅。从家里可以直接看到Hudson
River和Downtown Manhattan (World Finance Center)的景观。

户型：一室一厅，超大豪华卧室，目前我和室友两个人share卧室，空间充足没问题，
可以摆下两张queen size的床，两个人的书桌和椅子。
房租： 1050刀/month, 包水和暖气
时间：2014.2起租，如有需要，具体开始时间可协商，lease到八月底截止，可续租。
福利：距离Drexel校区五分钟，紧临34Lancaster的7-11，公寓地下室自带laundry
room。房东和maintenance很以及时，又一次晚上十一点多有突发事件房东还很及时的
