1. 自2012财年开始以来，职业移民签证的使用速度非常缓慢。移民局原来认为申请应该很多，但实际上只有预估人数的一半递交了I-485身份调整申请。因此美国国务院调整加快了EB-2截至日期的推进。
2. EB-1的签证名额今年还会即时可用，不会有排期。按照奥本海默的预测，将有12,000个EB-1签证名额下移到EB-2类别， 这比去年的下移数大概会少1000左右，这是因为EB-5的名额使用增多，没有更多的EB-5名额可转到EB-1。

近一两个月以来，我们陆续收到H-1B客户的“线报”：美国移民局通过移民海关执法局
（ICE）的官员开始在全美频繁走访雇佣了H-1B职员的公司，询问调查H-1B 职员的工作
情况。通常来说，走访检查都是随机的，被ICE官员走访并不是就意味着移民局怀疑公
司违反了规定。
不过，未雨绸缪，我们建议所有拥有H-1B雇员的雇主以及H-1B雇员本人都需要做好一定
的准备，毕竟谁也不希望本来合法的雇佣因为在官员询问时，语言和行为的不当出现问
题。同时也不可心存侥幸，大家应该都记得提交H-1B申请时交的500美元反诈欺侦查费
吧，按每年65000个H-1B配额来算，每年大概有三千多万美元进入移民局反诈欺调查行

汤：Goat Meat汤，味道极为鲜美。牛肉牛舌汤和Monk Fish也还可以。
凉面：凉面的味道非常好，面条足够筋道、配料简单（2种蔬菜加上一片梨而已），但
酸脆甜各种口味能相互照应、并可调微辣，极为爽口。
