Hinsdale地小，房小，房价贵（per sqft），税率低。lincolnshire地大，房大，房价
不太贵（per sqft跟hinsdale比较），税率高。
北边也有一些税率低的豪宅区，如lake forest，帮主住的地方，一样是价高税低，但
和西边一样，这种地方你就要考虑上私立了。
开车的话，我有认识的朋友早上6：30从union station东4个block走94到22出口30min
以内。周末进城到博物馆区，早上11点前，每次走也不过35min. 下午出城，堵车，最
慢的一次也就是50多分钟。都是走94，90去机场的不能走。

if you choose deerfield or northbrook which have very decent schools, it
takes about 45min by metra to go to union station.btw, the metra train is
quite on time.
the house price is in a range of 400k - 800k
Gleinview is even closer to the downtown, taking about 35min.The house price
is much lower. |
