, and instead drank gatorade. We packed our stuff and got in the car. The
dark and foggy road winded up to 10,200ft, and there we are, at the starting

I started my second leg right after 4am. This section is on highway 30
between Scapoose and St Helens, exactly the same route on STP. I know this
stretch of highway very well, I even remember where the big man wells are.
It's rated moderate, 7ish miles, the elevation profile is almost totally
flat. I started at a 7:10 pace and tried to maintain it all the way. The
wind picked up at various spots which slowed me down a little but the night

much bigger problem.
plus it's on the trail, the temperature in the woods is much lower.
and evening temperature is perfect for running. you don't want to run at a
very low temperature like 4am at leadville.
so you are fine, and the most important thing is not to quit! good luck. |

serve well, my body needs to be fresh otherwise i need sometime to warm up.
in doubles it is harder because every player serves once every 4 games.
additionally, sometime i am too aggressive or over-confident. i feel there
are a few thing i have to solve to make the serve more consistent. as
federer said, after a match in extremely windy condition, "we are

saturday night, I wasn't feeling good in the evening so I took a nap. My
wife was playing freerolls on-line for fun by herself. I woke up before 12am
. and saw her working on two 150$ free rolls (7500 people). I said it is a
waste of time, but she insisted me to keep playing, while she plays on the other account. I end up playing until
4am. Making one to 49 (just missed money, 45 people gets paid. What a joke.)
and another one to 9. Made 5$.. totally not worth the time... |

big draw , and all missed, but bet big on the river, got raised and shoved
with Q high and got called. then he went to all in against a cut off raise
with KTo, lost againt AJs.
When I went to sleep around 4am, the Nick “Colonel Mustard” Stowell
had huge chip lead, when there are about 30 players left. but he only
finished 9th |

bad beat。在这么多live session，这是我见过最多bad beat，而且是被这种reckless
play bad beat的。reg4确实是tilt了，还有一个刚过21的年轻reg估计是ATM取不出钱
了。另外两个reg在我走的时后还在那聊天，估计他们是等鱼的momentum过去后再回去
吧。我是打了10个小时了（6pm-4am），实在累了。如果白天我是打死也不走

.我从5pm打到4am。本来想要半夜走可是实在是run的太good了所以舍不得走！！
最后赢了10个racks！！！可惜没想到照照片。我没有把10dollar chips color up所以
那个chip mountain挺有气势的！看着真是爽啦啦啦。
不是要故意BSO，只是太高兴了。我牌打的算是多的，而这只是我生平第三次10+rack
session in limit hold'em。
顺便一提，LP也heater at 8/16 LHE。 6 1/2 racks. 她才开始学半年，这是她run的
最好的一次。我们回家高高兴兴的～

昨天想假如hot streak continues怎么办。。。当然得去heat check.
吃完晚饭就和LP一起去（真的很幸运她也愿意在学打牌）。
礼拜六只有20/40.打了一下5/5NL就有seat open。
从9PM打到5AM，又是一个7.5rack heater！！
～17 racks in two days, definitely best two-day live session (have had
better results online before, but that's playing multiple tables, more hands
per hour, clock more hours, and also softer competition back in the 'good
old days' of poker).

凯撒宫的夜场PURE，旁边是Poker Room，门口是Strip Table，有美女钢管舞，十分养
眼，PURE里面空间比XS小很多，白色风格装修，不显富丽堂皇，但别有格调。 舞池很
小，十分拥挤，人气还不错，这里似乎没有领舞小姐，感觉男多女少，黑哥黑妹不少，
鱼龙混杂，整体看来MM质量不如XS， 更没有泳装美女，不过可能是由于空间狭小，蹦
迪跳舞反而会比较High。
如果你喜欢真正淹没在人群之中乱舞的感觉，这里应该比较适合。

Sisters Pool on the first day. The Valley seems rather pointless to me
unless you have a great deal of time.
The I would suggest that you sleep early and get up around 4am to drive up
to Haleakala National Park. There you can see the stars on the way up and
view sunrise in the morning. After Sunrise, you can check out the park.
Then you can go snorkeling afterwards. |

庆日多放两天假，一算只要请两天假就可以连着放九天，很合算啊。于是连夜找机票还
不至于太贵、天气不至于太差、签证不至于太难、地方不至于太无聊的，最后选择了危
地马拉。也没什么时间准备，只定了第一天的shuttle和旅馆，就出发了，一路走一路
改计划，还算顺利完成。
