price because we bought our first property there. prices in ring 2-3 were a
lot higher about 7-10k, depending on the location. this was the main reason
why we chose to buy a flat in wangjing - couldn't afford a flat in the inner
city. looking back, it was actually a steal.
i don't think the price will collapse to 5k - if this is the case, a 50-m2
studio would cost 250k, with an annual property tax of 5k (assuming 2% tax

哪里弄门票便宜，比如 sea world, discovery cove, MK, universal
studio， LegoLand，可否排排队，哪些是大家觉得一定要去的，哪些
可去可不去，哪些是不推荐的，以及理由 ... ... 还有其他什么地方，
比较适合他们年龄段的地方，玩起来比较高兴，又不是很累。 当然，
肯定还有很多的问题，不过门票好像是一个比较头疼的问题，好像灰
常贵。
