雨下得还不小。都想打退堂鼓了，但想想反正都起床了，就过去看看。
打车到了中央公园67街的入口，已经有好多runner在那了。我还问了一个华人大哥一个
非常naive的问题：这么大的雨比赛会取消吗？那个大哥回答：no, no, no. absolutly
not. :) Runner们精神可嘉，下着雨还有两千多人到场！
5:25am 站到起跑队列里。雨还淅淅沥沥的下着，气温很低，我旁边站着的一个女孩都
在瑟瑟发抖。其实我也好不到哪里去。
5:30am 开跑。第一次站在这么大的人群里还不太适应，总觉得前面有人绊着，然后也
忘记了前辈们的教诲，不停地飕飕地超人，结果就是最后1mi的时候不停地被人超。
其实整个跑的过程也没什么，5mile一路觉得还是蛮轻松的，还时不时和别的runner较
较劲，毕竟这也是自己每天跑的路，非常熟悉。就是看到4mi的标记之后觉得最后一个
mile特别漫长，呵呵。
成绩还不知道，过终点的时候是40分钟多一点。

极端即可。美国的年龄组成绩很有道理，B到BB大概对应50th percentile，只要高于这
条线，不偏科，由他去。
“发力太早”不是问题。有点小伤有点小失误是难免的，是小孩成长必需的。
个子稍矮又爱争胜的小孩一般容易采用相对高频的方式。这是克服四肢短手脚小的有效
手段，但不是唯一手段，在青春期发育前更是如此。对小个子，全身所有关节和肌肉柔
韧性都不要少于队友，同时应该重点加强shoulder & hips。
你可以看一下这两个部位的练习，比如：shoulder flexion and extension stretch,
shoulder girdle abduction and adduction stretch, hip internal and external
rotator stretch, hip abductor and adductor stretch, hip extensor and flexor

想在网上找本中文翻译看的，但搜了一圈没搜到。就买了本英文翻译的来看。很牛的一
本侦探小说。分两部分，前半部分读起来像电影；后半部有点恐怖。旅行时在飞机上和
空余时间读完了。小说不错，但我没有觉得到必读的程度。推荐。

门口一对金童玉女大学生，身穿reunion staff的T恤，殷勤地向他们微笑点头开门。真
是反差强烈，让人感慨，人生几十年，弹指一挥间。老头老太都挺有气度。没气度的大
