这张图是ipad 1的卖出量.一直到9月ipad都基本处于到处oos的状态,所以我们可以认为
4-9月number of sold=apple的出货量.可以看到Q2(4-6月)总货量保持一致,均为1milli
on/月,余下的每个quarter的出货量也基本保持一致,个人觉得可以认为apple是每个qua
rter之前定好月出货量,并且定下以后不会改变或者说没有能力改变.ipad最火的4-6月,
apple的出货量都只有1million/月,而且4月底出3g,5月底在其他一些国家上市,实际上进
一步导致了平均下来每种model的数量都很少.很显然apple并没有料到ipad会如此之火,

第三年， 过博士qualify，回国相亲，没找到有感觉的
第四年， 过preliminary
第五年， 圣诞节一个人在实验室做实验，和父母介绍的一个老乡dating3个月，实
在没感觉。从来不会期待他的电话，如果出差开会分开，觉得很高兴。试分手，对方不
肯，又勉强维系3个月。
第六年， 博士毕业，faculty，到了另一个城市，用我的沉默回答了他的几百封

还是看人，你要是想闯，骨子里有企业家的血，那肯定坚决的去了。换我，不给钱也去
。这年头去读个master不也是2年时间没钱拿吗。干这种创业的活，简直是赚了。但要
是喜欢稳定的美国中产生活，或者家里有几个娃，就你能赚钱，那就别去，风险比普通
工作大多了。
说500million的也太开玩笑了。全世界能有几家公司拿到500million的投资啊，何况

我看到mit上面不少人已经在打算file class action了，这是个很好的决定。但有人说
这个案子的胜算不大，我简单说一个类似案子。
发生在加州，A雇员（黑人）起诉雇用B公司，说是employment racial discrimination
,证据是有一次开会的时候，有人做ppt，把他的头像ps到一个猩猩的图片上。起诉之后
B公司希望与之私下和解，A不干，一定要大干一场，走诉讼程序，诉由是B公司failure
to prevent discrimination, harassment,and retaliation against A,A最后拿到了
4.5Million的赔偿金。
相比ABC这件事情，chinese受discrimination的程度当然更严重，受侵犯的对象更广，

1.工会工人实际工资是27-30/小时，没错，但是他们一个礼拜只要工作35小时，一年有
6-7个礼拜带薪休假.一年实际到手的工资是6.5-8万刀，而且各种福利，保险和退休金
比大部分F500的中层管理都要好，这个待遇是高还是不高？
2.一个公司有多少CEO? 不说现在big3老板都要拿1刀了，就算是拿1-5million，对这么
大的企业，这占成本的多少？老实说都可以忽略不计，但是这十几万在职的工会工人，
几十万的退休工人要占企业多少成本? GM一个季度就要用掉67亿刀的现金，一大部分就
是给他们付高福利！你懂管理么？这么烧现金，你还用什么生产？还用什么运营公司？
最后直接的影响就是迫使公司破产。
3.口口声声说都是打工的，不要针对工会。不针对行么？如果big3破产，你知道要有多
少人失业，保守估计是300万！即使破产，工会还能继续要钱给工会工人发失业保险金
