但是这次对方专门说会谈这个，是不是就不好敷衍了？
我看网上的帖子，说用这些理由推脱到最后别人还坚持要问就得给个range
在glassdoor上查了一下公司，该职位是 70-100k，平均81k
这种情况下如果我必须要给range，给多少比较合适？

去掉一点401K,学费之类的，去掉health care(一般都是按税前扣insurance和FSA之类)
4K，5K mortgage interest charge，84K只剩不到70K。3口人70K收入只要交4500的联
邦税，不过还是比表上写的2K少。
另外这个数据不一定准。税后收入是81K，支出(包括退休金)是62K，就是说户均节余
19K。实际上08年以前美国的saving rate 都接近0，09年大概6-7%的样子。Census和
BEA的数据有时候有冲突。06年US federal individual income tax总额是1.
044trillion，户均1万了。09年稍微少一点是915B。 |

发帖数: 231 | 28 这个版经常一堆人维护MN的声誉，眼里容不得沙子。客观的讲，MN没啥能跟美国其他地
区竞争的资本。这个地方天气在那，半年不能在户外（滑雪除外）。旅游资源基本为零
，万湖看过，也就很疲劳，天天看就是大小的水坑而已。我们这些外来户，没有爷爷奶
奶在这里扎根的，这没有什么爱MN的道理。
你也肯定知道，MN的state income tax对于$81k以上就是7.85%，最高是9.85%。你可能
也知道，漫长的冬天里，没有什么农业作物可以收获，所以rainbow和cub里边买的
grocery都是卡车运来的，当然比起别的地方要贵，贵不少。亚洲店的东西就不提了。
另外，住久了，你觉得这边的人工真心便宜，没错，总体来说这边的蓝领和白领的工资
其实没有太多的区别。当然，好在你的PTO多，修屋顶啊，做家具可能都是半个行家。
楼主说的这边人工作很容易混到lead，跳跳就能manager，我不知道你们是什么行业的
。我在MN的工作几年，公司是最压抑的，周围全是土著白人，干什么都是他们自己说的
算，你asian accent的英语他们都没几个人愿意听，也懒得听。升职和加薪，等着吧。

行，可是你是四口之家。孩子各种开销都很大，还考虑买房。。。基本是很恐怖的事情
。一点没有夸张，吓你的意思。www.movoto.com可是看看房子情况。Milpitas有两小学
800+，初中高中不行。Milpitas地理位置好，四通八达，但不是追求学区人考虑的地方
。这里跟其他州不一样，每个城市很小，按的近。我lg上班２０分种车程过四个城市。
你再考虑考虑吧。我感觉你如果来北加，先租房，了解了情况再考虑买。 |
