照市政府要200多万，所以都是富人拥有牌照，然后招人开车。市政府想尽办法不让
Uber进入市场，2012年初先是彻底封了，到年底外部压力确实太大了，规定59街及以南
，路程0.5迈以内的可以用Uber等网络叫车，其它地方(曼哈顿59街以北，和其它区)路
程1.5迈以内的可以网络叫车，而且必须用市政府批准的收费系统。市政府自作聪明，
鼓励出租车主打官司反对Uber进入，结果法庭判市政府允许短距离网络叫车的规定合法
，法庭判不但合法，而且要取消距离限制。
从此有了Uber的竞争之后，牌照费一路下降，现在降到了20多万。在牌照费下降的过程
中，有些司机以为能买的起了，自己去高利率贷款买，然后才发现这么一大笔贷款，这
么高利息不是那么快就能挣出来的。没有什么资产抵押，没有多少business credit，7
%左右的利率，想想看，如果贷70多万，第一年光利息就5万多。

5日本来是一个美好的周日，但布碌仑宾臣墟区却被出现在4个地点的辱华涂鸦所震惊。
这些种族歧视涂鸦使用了在英语里十分忌讳且带有强烈侮辱的“Cunts”字，并分别出
现在位于布碌仑83街交19大道的一家华人住所院墙上，85街交新卓越大道(New Utrecht

我给这个地址上星期下的单，今天有个护士跟我说黑五往这个地址下单现在还没有收到
钱。
于是有些起疑心。
我一开始以为仓库是公用的，可能并不是同一个人收货。后来跟一个自称仓库的人聊，
说是仓库是他自己的，不对外租，google地图上看是个住宅地址。这是疑点一。
