一直控制得挺好，孕期目前为止也很顺利，结果还是栽在这个上面了……早知道前面好
好吃不控制了，反正横竖都是过不去：（
问问jms有多少人一小时没过的但是过了三小时？
还有到底空腹多久，8hrs,12hrs,14hrs？
可以喝少少水吗？我看babycenter上说可以sip water，不然这么热的天真的出人命啊？
怎么感觉这个血糖测试国内没人做啊，不然以国内的饮食习惯还不得一堆人都是糖妈？
我国内的同学朋友就没人说有血糖问题啊！除非是urine里面发现有糖了才测？
好委屈啊，觉得怀孕以来一直很节制自己饮食，国内朋友都很奇怪为啥在美国怀孕搞得
这么苛刻。
最近烦恼事特别多，眼泪好像水龙头，说哭就哭的哗哗的，这要真糖了我看我要抑郁了

9月马上又要攻读另一个学位，学校即将转F1；可是学校说，除非是由于人在国外，大
使馆签证延迟，否则不能延迟入学，也就是必须在新的I20上标明是9月5日攻读学位，
也就是新的F1身份从9月5日就开始了，而从开始之日起，OPT也就自动结束了。
这下麻烦了，自己很想把这个三个月的internship完成之后再回校，学院也答应了可以
第一周不去报道和上课。可是，这样以来，中间有一周多（9月5-14日）是F1身份在外
面做一天8hr的intern。
请问版上各位大牛，遇到这种情况怎么办？会不会因为这个影响到之后和移民局打交道
？风险如果太大的话，那只能跟公司说明情况，提前结束internship了。

结果拆这步就耗了一个月，加上有小孩，噪音问题，晚上也不能干，周末最多干一天，
结果花了3个月才搞定
快 2“厚的 plaster wall, 后面带metal mesh, 锯齿一碰就断，上diamond的，也不行
。 上大锤，房顶感觉在晃，不敢继续。 决定光把tile撬下，留墙。这是个非常痛苦的
决定。如果再来一次，无论如何墙带瓷砖应该推掉
敲字太慢，直接上图
瓷砖lowes买的，如果标有floor的，不滑
觉得如果材料都知道的话，8hrs/day,3周能搞定。 总费用大概2000左右 |

太过复杂难以上手，所以一直没有没能从围观转入参与。直到今年早些时候，朋友买了
LA这边海钓的groupon利诱之才第一次上船出海。所有东西都是租的，license是一天的
，饵是live的小沙丁，同行的都是晕船的，船上是挤得满满的，但是到了一天结束在餐
馆吃上战利品的时候还是觉得是值得的。之后就big5入手了一套新手钓具，annual
license每个月起码去一次half day的charter trip。但是小半年过去，每次收成还是
看老天，上不上鱼纯看人品，觉得技术上没任何提高，也不知道应该往哪个方向提高。
长周末后天定了一个8hr的trip希望能过把瘾，也希望能利用这次的trip锻炼提高一下
，所以出发前鼓起勇气到版上向各位提问求教，希望能引领菜鸟在这条中毒的路上继续
走下去。
若干细节问题关于周末的trip：
1. 因为之前每次都做同一时段同一charter，看fish report基本都是以rock fish为主

second, nutrition must be follow. I don't see you mention how you eat and
drink.
workout 2-3 days, take one day off -- totally off. let your body recover.
Don't overtrain. Though one ID here will say one can never overtrain but my
opinion is newbies are very easy to go over and get overtrained. |
