圣地亚哥广大中产华人兄弟姐妹的SFH，主要分布在CV,Penasqito,SR,Poway，RB 和4S,
也就是92130，92129， 92131， 92128 和 92127。从学区来看，CV最好，其他的不分
伯仲。从新旧程度来看，4S整体最新。从平均价格来看，CV最高，4S其次。从地理位置
来讲，4S相对偏僻，但也差不到哪里去，12分钟就能开到CV。另外，由于地理位置的相
对封闭，4S的治安也应当是最好的，晚上天黑以后总能看到不少散步溜食儿转弯儿的大
爷大妈，给人不少放松地感觉。
要说4S的特点，恐怕就是普遍房子大，对于喜欢做地主的老中来说，住着还是很爽的，
而且价格比CV要便宜15-20万左右。另外4S的MR也比较高，但是考虑到MR免税因素和价
格因素，4S的性价比是很好的了，君不见CV新房的MR也当仁不让。

For Sale By Owner，不过去看的时候，没有看见其他人。
Trilogy是个很小资的gated 社区，紧靠Sorrento Valley，旁边的小学好像是新开的
Ocean air elementary。我看过几次那个社区的房子，都是三层的，觉得楼梯太多，这
一个是两层的，1400尺。开价$585,000，感觉overpriced，应该有讲价的余地。
优点：
（1）cul-de-sac
（2）房主是个老米，把房子维护得很不错，投入了不少upgrades，自己做了crown
molding，换了tile flooring，厨房upgraded，非常漂亮，抽油烟机通往外面，而且厨
房在一个相对封闭的区域，我想如果再装个门，就可以和客厅隔开。
（3）院子朝南，里面装的是人工草坪。
（4）离小学近 （不过我还没考证过ocean air好不好）
