寄出的AP。”你的这句话原文没有出处。没有地方提到HLKV的AP只能将来用。
希望大家多多咨询律师或者律师联盟。
下面是I-131的Instruction。大意是说：HLKV签证不必申请AP，但如果没有AP必须用
HLKV回来。最后一句话是说：如果回美必须有AP或HLKV签证。
NOTE:

说法一：你在离开美国前，没有maintain H status，因为你是AOS,authorized stay,
所以道理上讲申请H再回来是可以的，但是视为abandon 485.
说法二：只要你出境能拿到H1b签证就可以按照H1身份入境，也就不算是AOS了，485不
算abandon。
貌似两种意见没有达成统一，USCIS也没说死，你自己咨询律师吧。 |

你老公如果在美国境内拿不到H4的Approval，离开美国就等于放弃了H4 COS，不应该再
有H4 Approval （H4申请应该被拒，除非USCIS搞错了）。
而你老公离开美国前，还没有建立有效的H4身份，也没拿到 Advance Parole，那他离
境就等于也放弃了已提交的485 AOS申请（485的申请费也白交了）。
如果你老公在拿到H4 Approval前一定要离开美国，只能拿你现在的H1B Approval去美
国大使馆签H4，那么回美后再交485比较稳妥。（这点上我的观点和你律师不同。如
果不放心，建议多咨询几家律师。）

二次说没交费打回来（但是renew是不收费的呀！），第三次说pending期间出境打回来
的。
我确定是出境被拒的。因为里面说"The instruction of I-131 indicate that if you
depart the US before the Advance Parole Document is issued, your
application will be considered abandoned". 后面又说"A review of USCIS
records indicates that you departed from the U.S. on May XX 2017, while form
I-131 was pending. Therefore, the form I-131 is considered abandoned and it
must be denied".

首先，sioc开的盘口讲的很明确是黄牌盘(yellow card line)，并不是吃牌盘(card
line)。
sioc黄牌盘的盘口来源是来自bwin，以下是bwin的黄牌规则
16.) Total number of yellow/red cards: If a player is sent off for 2 yellow
cards, this counts as 2 yellow cards and 1 red card for betting purposes. If
the match is abandoned for any reason, all bets will be void unless the
highest possible total to bet on has already been reached at the time of
