隔几分钟在上下转换,不是那种尖锐的痛,是那种揪住的感觉,后来就感觉上腹部不舒服,
感觉向上涌,犯酸,要吐又吐不出的那种.后来这疼痛一直持续了大概六七个小时就慢慢
好了.再后每隔几天发作过几次,现在不是很疼,但下腹部还是隐隐不舒服.两周前看了医
生,验血查了肝胆肾都正常,随后做了CT.CT结果如下,好象说是CBD肿大,肝部有点小东西
.听医生的建议约ERCP专家,但专家要一个月后才能见我.我现在拿不准是不是就等这个
专家,还是坚持家庭医生先做MRCP.麻烦专家指点下.多谢.
下面是我的CT报告.

primaries. And if found, they may be able to do a CT guided biopsy.
I am not a pediatric oncologist, but BEP (bleomycin, etoposide, and

庭医生也约到一个星期之后，所以就去急诊想去让开点药，先撑着到看家庭医生。
到了急诊医生按了肚子，其实就是胃和十二指肠附近疼，其他地方都不疼。结果医生抽
了几管血，所有结果正常。
然后给做了CT abdomen pelvis with contrast。当时她们只说做CAT Scan，也没解释
，没跟我做任何交流，就让去做，我也不懂CAT Scan是什么。回来一搜才知道是CT，而
且属于辐射剂量最大的一种。hold breath 3次，看网上资料最少受到的辐射20mSv。直
接就超过放射科医生一年最大规定剂量（我的是15秒受到的照射）。
现在好像对低剂量辐射诱导癌症的研究不多，有人为人体修复能够抗衡低剂量辐射，有
认为即使低剂量辐射也会对细胞造成不可逆转的损伤。想问问这样的剂量在短时间内对
我这个年龄有没有很大的损伤。最近打算要孩子，尤其担心对孩子的影响，现在后悔死
了，心情一直很低落，好几天都睡不好觉。
不知道医生为什么做这个CT，是不是太草率了，我觉得最多做个胃镜。后来家庭医生说

1月13日 和往常一样去健身房 跑了大概4个miles 然后上去做深蹲 180磅 3租 每组10
个 硬拉 180磅 3租 每组10个
无任何不适 就是觉得有点累 然后跑去蒸了桑拿 大概15分钟左右 出来快虚脱了
回办公室吃饭 吃到一半想尿尿 结果尿的颜色和吃饭喝的可乐一个颜色. 然后吓死 去
了urgent care 憋着尿 因为觉得要尿检
结果接近6点才见医生 验了尿 当时尿里有个很小的blood clot 结果是 血3个+ 我记得
当时医生说还有蛋白 但是血压正常 无任何疼痛 尿路也没灼热感
医生给开了抗生素就打发我了. 早上起来上过厕所 没问题 中间没喝过水 12点去健身
就喝了大概500ml
在跑步以后
然后回家 再上测试 尿就是白色的了 啥都看不出
不过自己还是怕 正好换了PPO 就约了附近的urologist做检查 但是那是过去近一个半
礼拜了
然后做了各种检查包括 前列腺指检 验血 尿常规 urine cytology urine culture, 次

近几个星期有left flank和left back pain。Pain level 2/10。医生怀疑肾结石。做
了腹CT with IV contrast。结果如下：
CT Abdomen+Pelvis wo+w IV Con
There are no renal stones or hydronephrosis. No solid enhancing renal masses
are present.
There is no bowel obstruction. The appendix is normal. There is no free air.
There is no intra-abdominal abscess. There is mild rectosigmoid
diverticulosis without evidence of diverticulitis.
目前症状略有减轻，但每天清晨会醒。感觉有气在左下腹肠子里经过。排气后即无不适
。有时会打嗝。
几星期前大便过硬有微量便血。医生检查后说是肛门有小撕裂，叫我不要担心。

你咳嗽看医生的时候，医生不是会在你的后背有时候猛敲敲得呢？
其实这是一个非常简单的动作，俺回家网上查了一下，这是医生最常用的检查方法叫扣
诊（Percussion or Tapping）
percussion 的定义是Striking the fingers on a body surface to produce sound.
俺又回家问了下做doctor的童鞋，才知道扣诊是医生借助叩击发出的不同音响来帮助判
断体内器官状
况。是非常快速实用的检查方法。最常见的部位是chest，abdomen。根据听到的叩击发
出的声响
。
可以classified：resonante ，dull note，flat note，tympante，hyperresonante。
如果有经验
的医生 ，只需要这么轻轻的敲击就10有8 /9知道你身体的毛病了。当然保险的还需要
ct/x
ray/mri/ultrasound confirm。

At least 10 people were killed and 39 others wounded during a bloody weekend
in Chicago, police said.
Sunday afternoon, police charged two teens with Aliyah's murder -- 18-year-
old Juan Barraza and a 16-year-old boy. Both teens are charged with murder
and aggravated discharge of a firearm. Police said they recovered a gun at
the scene.

两年前左右做过一次胃镜，医生结论为undergone upper endoscopy showing a small
antral erosion, no H.pylori, ultrasound of abdomen is normal. 然后建议一天吃
2颗protonix，被拒。现在每天吃一颗protonix,还是时常感觉上腹部烧痛，所以想找一
个好一些的医生确诊一下到底只是GERD还是有其他胃毛病，希望大家推荐良医。 |
