25分钟到时代广场和jersey city的1 br公寓出租，$1050/month
地点在West New York, 非常方便。离江边（boulevard east）2个block。离light
rail也是2个block。1 br apt在一个公寓楼的3层。标准的出租型公寓楼。
有4辆bus进城（128，165，166，168），因此基本上等车时间不到3分钟。bus 20分钟
不到就到达port authority。所以一般从出门开始到到达时代广场就是25-30分钟的样
子。轻轨到Jersey city也很方便
最少一年，一个月押金，需要查信用记录，没有中介费（房东是管理公司）
包热水和暖气（自付电费和gas）。
所以如果需要的话，可以提供家具。

发帖数: 1873 | 11 为了孩子上学，不得已要搬到曼哈顿了。真不舍得我们这个大APT哦。 当初买房，就是
看上了她方便的交通：5分钟到M，R地铁（30分钟曼哈顿中城）；安静绿树成荫的街道
；方便的购物：3-5分钟有诸多选择的超市便利店银行蔬果店等，并且物价明显便宜。
等有了孩子才发现，马路对面50米远的游乐场才是最大的plus,还有楼下一个block之遥
的175小学（greatschool 8分，最近成绩提升显著）能给父母们接送带来很大的便利。
愿意多走走，穿过高速的天桥，也就是走个15分中，可以走到corona park，周末在哪
里钓鱼，烧烤，还有更大的游乐场。。
开车的话我们楼下停车也很容易，也有收费的车库可以选择。去法拉盛从108街上495，
5分钟就到了。
我们的房子有1100SQ。客厅和厨房是open的，窗户朝南，无敌view和阳光。厕所也有朝
南的窗户哦。2个卧室，一个窗户朝南，一个超西。抱歉现在没有照片，我们正在搬家
，家里很乱不好拍照。
我们这个大楼大多是白人为主，最近中国人开始多了起来，有中国邻居的感觉真温馨啊

房子还在，不是不好，是mgmt工作时间少，要求也严 （要很好的credit，收入大于房
租4倍, No pet）。 尽量给他们打电话吧，没人接的话就留言，多说一下自己的情况。
还有更新： 他们不接受有小孩的家庭。这个公寓是去铅过的, 估计是因为二楼木地板
，会吵到楼下.

我在这个公寓住了两年半，推荐的目的有两个：
1. 因为家庭原因，我提前违约了， 公寓是不可以sub lease的，在管理方找来合适的
人接下前，我是要继续付房租的, 所以来打个广告, 尽快租出去。
2. 这个公寓真的非常赞, 我在附近看了无数房，性价比最高。比不上Gateway, 160的
豪华，但是很温馨舒干净。适合小夫妻。
好处：
1. Summer ST, 法院再过去一点，街西边，听不到地铁，但是五分钟走到地铁。
2. 非常的明亮， 边套。 房间，客厅，卫生间，厨房, 全明！ 大片大片的窗户，
