下去，然后在下一个包的front corner absorb以后，再沿着trouph下去，对应的是这

如果包被滑的特别窄，包壁特别陡峭，trouph line的难度也是很大的，因为速度很快
。所以对于新手，要选比较圆的包来练习trouph line。
而zipline是竞技选手发现走trough会影响速度，因为trough一般是个圆弧，而不是
fall line，因此他们会走大包的侧壁（不是trouph），和小包的ridge，就直接来到了

因为速度快，所以需要更多的absorb来吸收速。
所以说trouph line是zipline的基础，尤其是在front corner absorb那下，如果能掌

长变化，excitation spectrum和absorbance spectrum就不可能一样了。举个例子，你
把fluorescein和rhodamine B混起来。488 nm左右的时候主要激发fluorescien，
quantum yield是0.4左右。560nm左右的时候主要激发rhodamine B, quantum yield 是
0.9左右。中间怎么过渡的和两种物质的混合比，本身的absorbance谱都相关，多半不
是线性的。这时候excitation和absorbance就不是线性相关的了。遇到这种样品，如果
你提前知道混合的成份性质，当然很好分析。如果你不知道各个成份的纯态性质，所谓

the help of bile. Are steroids in the food really broken down once absorbed? Maybe not since cholesterol in the food, which is also one type of steroids (not a
steroid hormone though), is not broken down but directly absorbed and

very parsimoniously. |

我想了想，这个reproducibility的问题还是nanodrop的工作原理决定的，nanodrop工
作时的光径只有1mm或者0.2mm。然后把测到的absorbance再转换成10mm光径下的
absorbance。所以OD 0.3的样品，实际上nanodrop测到的absorbance只有0.03甚至更低
，这么低的reading，就很容易受到干扰，所以不太能够精准的测量低浓度的样品。如
果要提高精确度，就必须增强被测量的信号强度，拉大signal/noise ratio，所以用
BCA或者荧光试剂还是有用的。或者用特殊的cuvette和UV-spec，既增加光径，但是又
不需要过大的样品体积，就是不知道有没有这种设备。

chemical structure through their absorbance becasue their absorbance are
always special. It's a different thing in UV.The range of UV is very narrow.
At the same absorbance, there are many possible conjugated
structures.Futhermore,the adsorbance below 200nm is disturbed a lot by air if
the UV is not vucuumed. So other analytical results are neccesary when UV
spectrum is used to identify the chemical structure.

最近车front有点噪音,车启动慢开的时候吱吱的响，不影响开，但是很讨厌。就是们拴
生锈了开门那种声音。用手下压前段车身，就听得到这种声音，怀疑是shock absorber
，但是很快就弹回来了，阻尼还好，所以又不太像shock absorber。 怀疑是lower
control arm， 今天把车支起来看了一下，nnd，没看出任何异常，所有bushing都还好
。stablizer bar link的橡胶垫有轻微磨损，可能是stablizer bar link吗？ 看了看
manual, shock absorber很难换，主要是要专门的工具卸弹簧。。而且我也不确定是it
的问题.

Zimbabwe to adopt Chinese currency?

Zimbabwe’s Vice President Joice Mujuru on Monday suggested that the
southern African country, which currently has no currency of its own, should
adopt the Chinese Yuan.
Mujuru said China is now Zimbabwe’s biggest trading partner, with the Asian
giant absorbing most of the country’s mineral and agricultural produce and
this would “further cement the Look East Policy”.
