What I was saying is that, by knowing when to push or release the gas pedal,
one can put a car at the right gear. For example, when cruising at the
speed of around 40mph, a car could be at the 4th gear or at the 5th gear (
assuming the car's top gear is 5th). If I don't expect any need to
accelerate, I would put my car at the 5th gear. The trick is to accelerate
to a speed higher than the set speed and then let go the gas pedal a bit. |

outback其实和highlander一样长。这个长度比accord这种sedan还短。highlander只不

There is no power train difference between base and premium trim for X5.
X5 shouldn't need to work hard at all to accelerate. Actually it's one of

面也指出了这一点。就是从dead stop起步的时候,轻踩油门发动机没有反应,要踩到
一定程度才开始有反应,但是往往是abrupt power delivery,所以起步很不平稳。
心有不甘,花几万块买的车,连起步都不平稳怎么行呢~最近上网查了一下,大部
分分析说是transmission software的问题。有如下解决方案:

torque vectoring设备,在需要torque vectoring的时候,cpu要控制中差和后差协同
工作,才能得到想要的效果。而torsen中差是纯机械系统,并非为torque vectoring设
计,无法实现协同工作。
应该说S5这种设计是个妥协,稍微牺牲了限滑的反应速度,雪地操控稍差,但是实现了
torque vectoring,提高了高速赛道的极限过弯能力,这和S5自身的高性能车定位是一
致的。
类似的设计很常见:
EVO用的中差跟S5原理一样(虽然结构上差了很多),后轴的torque vectoring也很类
似,而且EVO前轴还用了一个全机械的torsen差速器,勉强弥补了电控离合器反应速度
的不足。
RL在前轴和后轴之间装了一个"acceleration device",用电控多片离合器微调前后扭

SH-AWD这个东西基于前驱是硬伤,无药可救,跟minivan,DFBB一样的横置前驱发动机
,注 定了先天不足。看看高端的奔驰奥迪,低端的宝马斯巴鲁就知道了,稍微好点的
四驱都是纵置发动机,兼顾前后。
发动机横置,本来是为了前轮驱动的设计,可是HONDA现在所有的汽车平台都是DFBB一
样的 前驱买菜车(不要谈什么S2000, NSX,那些都是历史了),所有大车小车发动机变
速箱布局相同,只是为了应对市场需求,硬加出个AWD来,效果能怎么样呢?
像Honda这种前轮驱动的平台,横置变速箱出来就对着前轮了,前后动力传输路线差距
巨大 ,后边没劲怎么办呢,所以只好给后轴增加转速,要知道"功率=扭矩*转速",扭
矩不足,增加转速可以把更多能量传向后轴。
这个变速又带来了另一个问题:后轴上的两个多片离合器的发热磨损问题。因为后传动
轴被虽然加速了,后轮转动速度并不比前轮高,实际上转弯的时候,后轮总体上走的路
比前轮还短。这个转速差,就靠离合器摩擦发热了。想让后轮得到更多的动力,后轴就

like this. But it's the old lady/guy pressed the wrong pedal and the car
accelerated off road. It turned out that it was not the car problem. The car
hit a tree and finally stopped, and fortunately there's no injury. I don't
remember the car brand, but it's before the 'acceleration' issue even
emerged.

report was the only problem in Toyota vehicles. Government found no problem
with brake or electronic throttle.
The report (Feb 2011) found that ALL Unintended Acceleration can be stopped
simply by stepping on the brake. One conclusion is the most likely cause of
some acceleration complaints is "pedal misapplication" (I call it just
stupidity).
This is Audi in the 80's all over again.

实际上这个study只是说明了,电子系统故障或电磁干扰不会造成自动加速,并没有否定
踏板卡住会造成自动加速的事实.实际上这种机械问题造成的自动加速,是不可能被否定
的,因为就是铁证如山的事实.
