前段时间里美国华人们讨论较多的就两件事，一个是纽约梁警官的枪击误杀事件，一个
是HSI(国土安全局调查部，不少媒体都误传FBI，这么说的都应该一个个拖出去tjjtds.
)突击了几个月子中心，并扣下了一些中国孕妇的护照（原因是为了保证孕妇作为证人
出庭）。 这两个事情在华人中引起了不小的讨论。里面也很有一些观点的交锋。小O参

跟中美在南海的撞机一样，各方有各方的说法。无非是三种解释，
从程度最重到最轻的次序：
(1) 歪客故意 (deliberately) 要把 塔利班 废了 (take out)。
(2) 歪客是在执行阻挡战术 (pick play)，故意 (deliberately) 跟 塔利班 相撞。
(3) 歪客是在跑自己的路线 (cross route)，无意中 (accidentally) 跟 塔利班 相撞。
上述第(3)条应该是当场裁判的断定，第(1)条是愤怒的小鸡事后的攻击。
个人觉得，第(1)条是可以排除的，球迷、评论员、队友、教练、、、
绝大多数人不会觉得歪客是这么肮脏的人。小鸡的愤怒，深层原因是
他跟歪客的个人恩怨。
至於小鸡跟歪客怎么有这么大仇，属于另外一个话题。
第(3)条嘛，除了非常天真的球迷，其他人也不会对“无意”之说信以为真的。
从GIF也看得出，歪客在相撞前有个轻微的变线，这才撞个正着，
不属于无意。
包括野驴教练Fox在内，似乎也没有坚持说是(3)，没有坚持说这是accidentally。

了，觉得电影里那句"你有权保持沉默,但是你说的每一句话都将作为呈堂证供"不是说
着玩的了。一定要记得这个时候警察不是来帮你的，而是替法庭收集证据来起诉你的。
唯一正确的做法就是把驾照或ID给警察后,然后说"I am the victim, I wish to
invoke my right to remain scient, and I want to consult my attorney before
making any statement",然后就死死闭嘴。这个时候你有自己的律师就马上打电话给他
，没有就等着法庭给你分配一个。跟警察和跟你的律师谈话的区别就是，警察会把你的
每一句话记录下来然后交给法庭起诉者，起诉者就会从你的口供里千方百计寻找任何有
矛盾的不合理的东西说服让陪审员来判你有罪，而和你的律师谈话，这些谈话内容不会
作为证据来起诉你，即使你告诉了律师你确实是不小心杀错了人。

亚麻的AZ claim 刚刚修改了规则，以前是开了case，不管你赢还是输，都计算在你的
seller metrics里头。但是现在你要是赢了case, 就不再计算到你的seller metrics里
头。所以如何去赢一个case会比以前更重要。
首先说按照现在的规则，有一些claim是几乎必输的，比如buyer说东西没收到，
tracking显示delivered, 但是你没有购买signature confirmation.以前75刀以下亚麻
还给cover，现在这种一般是判你输，你还要退钱，最最好的结果是亚麻自己替你赔钱
（几率很小了），但是case还是你输了

In my opinion, this kind of posting might not be very practical to yourself.
Even it is good to others, it is ACCIDENTAL, AIMLESS.
there are lots of other things to do and their favorable/helpful consequence
is NOT accidental, NOT aimless.
I am not saying such posting is bad... just be watchful to the initial
purpose.
