被起诉，就华人被起诉了的时候，黑人最常用的争论就是，白人警察 get off，不等于

推！做了不少研究，把有关此类枪走火的资料查了不少。讲的很有说服力。
如果再能加上muscle memory， sympathetic muscle contraction 的理论就很完整地

do not get how and why weight over GDP. In addition, one would imagine life
expectancy should increase if accidental deaths are excluded, unless older
people are more likely die of car accident or get murdered in their 80s (
what a novel concept by the way). Japanese life expectancy drops from 78.7
yrs to 76.0 yrs if accidental death is removed?

非移劳动力合法化了，即便不上citizenship，光拿lower skill worker visa，雇主要
付minimum wage，payroll tax, medical insurance, accidental insurance,
unemployment insurance, retirement。就算福利那些都免了，非法劳模干的那种活，
光accidental insurance就是5%的overhead。然后你最低工资8块一个钟雇个劳模，一
年大概是2万，然后得化1千给办visa，这又是5%overhead。仅此两项，已经10%的
overhead。
上了citizenship，那所有的福利都必须有，还得有权组织工会。一半人直接脱离工作
完全吃福利，另一半的劳动力成本直接翻番。
要降低美国的劳动力价格，办法很简单，取消对成年无残疾男性的福利，取消工会。但
是如果下层的劳动力价格降了，中产的劳动力价格也会随之下降。 |

1、喝得烂醉，摸枪和摸方向盘一样，都是犯罪。任何拥枪者都应该有这个最基本的安
全素养。当然和得烂醉开车的也有，和的烂醉玩枪的肯定也有。
2、全家上夏威夷的时候，不需要（家里）一有动静马上子弹上膛，因为全家人的安全
并没有受到威胁。
3、其他各种情况，只要是经过训练的合法持枪者都应该在最佳反应时间内，上膛瞄准
，随时准备射击。做不到的人只能说训练不足，跟开车开不好一个道理，需要多加练习
而不是作为枪支无用的借口，当然肯定有人一辈子都玩不转枪支，和一辈子都鼓捣不明
白汽车一样，这种人不太适合持枪/开车，对自己对他人的安全都是危胁。
你说的系统确实很有创意，完善一下将会是很好的协助警察行动的系统，比如说主人不
在，或者睡着了，进来贼，不用报警警察就能知道。但是绝对绝对无法替代枪支和经过
良好训练的持枪人的作用。
我们公司和很多公司一样，有这种安全系统。有个同事周末来维护server系统，进门忘
了disable alarm，结果出发警报，过了5分钟接到主管的电话，说警察部门*刚刚*去电

dismemberment, right?
I bought just general life insurance because I feel the definition on the
"accidental" is too restrictive. it certainly doesn't cover illness death.
