今天和明天安排的是两天acclimation day hike，为两天以后直接上4100米过夜做准备
。Huaraz的高度是3100米，昨天白天经过的最高海拔将近4500米，虽然基本都是在坐车
，4000米以上还是有一点轻微的头疼，应该属于正常的范围。早上在旅馆吃了早饭，快
8点才出发，一个出租车司机、一个向导背着我们的中午饭。车子开出了一段，无意中
和向导聊起来，才发现去的是另一个3800米高的湖，而不是写在合同里的Churup Lake
，马上跟他们提出交涉。其实去哪个湖我倒是无所谓，但是3800米的day hike实在有点
低，对于4100米的overnight来说基本起不到任何适应高度的作用，我们只有两天

发帖数: 3426 | 8 来更新一下，折腾麻烦这么多天，其实就为了在鱼缸里养珊瑚，这个是唯一和淡水缸不
一样的地方，一直喜欢蓝色的珊瑚， 觉得放在鱼缸里被金属卤光灯一照特别的好看，
今天碰巧附近的一个当地爱好者在卖就冲过去买了，然后才知道，蓝色的珊瑚属于稀少
品种，比较贵，买了大概14个poly，加起来也就比大手指甲大那么一点点，65刀，不过
抵挡不住那蓝色的诱惑，买了。
回家慢慢Acclimation，珊瑚还需要acclimation光线，好在卖家当时也用的金属卤光灯
所以珊瑚应该挺快就适应的了。
放进去因为stress和其他鱼们的轻微骚扰，所有的poly都关闭了。如下
头两天看着他全部收紧的样子，实在怕他活不下去了，两天之后，已经有点开始适应新
的环境了，poly开始展开了
这种珊瑚叫Zoas, 是初学者最合适的珊瑚了，其实这也不是我第一次买了，上一次买的
也是这种，当时鱼缸刚刚setup很多参数都不合格，结果Zoas下去之后全部收起来了，
一连三个星期都没有展开，我当时以为它死了，给丢了，这次经过网上的很多research
终于证明了自己的愚蠢，原来人家只是不舒服的一种自我保护动作，其实没有死。。。

1，气温上升，隋唐时代偏暖，暖多少？现在也只有竺可桢那个曲线。。。
学IPCC，设scenarios啊，1，2，4，8度肯定没哟了，青藏高原气候再特殊，那么高，
还截断了西风带，太暖和不了，娶个平均，2度就不少了。
降水更没谱，但是假设西风减弱，南亚副高肯定会钻多一些过来，这样藏北和藏西阿里
降水会好一些。
2，植被演替
森林之类的演替起来要几百年，草原结构简单而且acclimate快点，咱就不考虑干扰与
恢复的滞后问题了。年均温长个2度，有效积温能增长个500度，生长季长个15天，到头了

对照一下现在的积温图
现在的西藏，山南地区，就是最红的那块靠从雅鲁藏布大峡谷吹来的暖湿空气从来就是
农耕的好地方，所以藏王最早也是从山南兴起的。横亘在湟水谷地和雅鲁藏布江谷地之
间的唐古拉山积温不到1000度日，放牧很困难。从日苛则到阿里虽然积温超过1000，但
是干的不行，所以现在去趟阿里很费劲。

锁差速器的那个三个按键实在比较fuzzy
锁差速器时需要在静止状态激活diff lock，再把车很慢很慢往前开直到灯亮才lock住
，如果油门给多了还伤差速器
锁中差和后差前轮就空转，所以手动锁就要锁三个，很麻烦很不人性化
总之，感觉这是hard core和military grade的东西，还是路虎和路巡的差速器对普通
用户更人性化。G这东西一般人买来装装B也很好，但是不懂不要折腾那三个diff locks
，打坏了换一个就是几千美元，女板斧来说说你的车吧。

1. Make sure you have the right subfloor for hardwood floor
2. Buy hardwood floor and open boxes in the room to acclimate hardwood
boards for 1 or 2 weeks (avoid winter to do installation)
3. Remove baseboards
4. Remove carpets
5. If drywall does not directly touch the subfloor, check if the gap

My company does installations for the Lumber Liquidators here in NYC. The "
adhesive mat" the original poster mentioned is a new product called
Elastilon. It is sold directly through the local stores, and costs about $2
a sq. ft.
I've done a few installations on above grade concrete without any problems

他洗完澡忘了squeegee，我还要帮他squeegee玻璃和瓷砖。才2分钟不到的事。厨房
countertop 也从来没擦过。
brazilian cherry很硬，也漂亮，但我们这看见的都色差大了点，除非是染色的。另外
，你装前有没有放在家里acclimate 几天？我朋友装的oak中间没留缝，不知为什么几
年后有些plank接口处翘起来了。

司，elegance exotic wood flooring,地板背面是汉语拼音，查了一下，是广东yinhua
加工的，floor and decor 好几个产品都是这家国内yinhua厂加工的，看墙上样品干缩
比较明显，店家解释冬天打开塑料包装就装上了，没有acclimated, 别的产品多多少少
