在这里潜水若干天后，最近终于提交了爸妈的绿卡申请，8月中递上去的，同时递交了I
-130,I-485,I-765及I-131，也很快收到了四份I-797回执。
但是在爸爸的所有回执里都有一段话：
A valid G-28 was NOT received with your case. If you wish to be represented,
please contact your attorney or accredited representative to submit a
follow-up G-28 to the USCIS location where your case is pending. For more
info.....
I-130是我提交的，自然不需要有人代表。爸妈的I-485和I-765里只是让填写了帮助填
写的人的名字，就是我；而I-131里则必须让附一份G-28表格。所以，我就只为I-131填
写了一份G-28。但我当时填表的时候看到Attorney or accredited representative的
要求，好像我都不符合。

医药大学的CEO。
除VISA 欺诈，还有制造假文件，非法侵入政府电脑系统等其他罪名。
这个可是第二所中国人开的学校被查出VISA 诈欺了。 中文新闻里面好像都没提到。

accredited representative, 这个accredited representative不知道是怎么确定的。

发帖数: 2959 | 4 我只不过说说符合定义（先不管合理与否）也应该找找懂行的人问问，那位就激动上火
了。实际accredited investor不受法律保护的presumption就两个：一个是自己懂行，
，但已经有大量证据，很多人根本不够financial savvy。一个是有可靠的resouces得
到咨询。第二个pressumption才是真正站得住的理由，但问题是很多人觉得自己够
savvy，舍不得花这个钱。或者就是太轻信他人（上面已经有实在的例子），街上的人
哪个不知道independent advisor就是个幌子。香港好多advisors和sales金融知识或者
少得可怜或者揣着明白装糊涂，能糊弄一个是一个。
定义的历史我也说清楚了，这么多年过去暴露了无数的问题，为什么不提高标准？两原
因，一是我说的内部原因，抓住人性弱点留一个空子让人钻，二是社会大众不care这个
漏洞，黑吃黑没人同情。
SEC在04年就propose要把accredited investor的标准提高到USD 2.5million，改动这个
标准会把美国符合条件的从8%降到1%，但结果就是受到反对，没通过。

现在由Mercer毕业生来回答。
Mercer University的医学院还行，其他的学院一般。会计不出名。商学院的其他专业
也不出名。20年前，Mercer差不多和Emory一个档次。现在，Mercer已经被Emory远远地
甩在后面了。07年的时候，Mercer商学院差点丢掉accreditation。好在有惊无险，
accreditation保住了。
另外，是私立学校，学费相对贵些。
Mercer的主校区在Macon，好远好远。Atlanta这个是分校区，近Chamblee Tucker Rd,
非常非常小。不过距中国城和Buford Highway近，可以吃到不少东西。
09年第一次授予学生会计硕士（MAcc)学位。

其实限制条件也是不少的。
petplan可以让你选coinsurance percentage和deductible。 比如coinsurance是10%,
deductible是$100的话。 去看一次病， 自己需要先付100块钱， 加上余额的10%。 有
些公司是一年自己只要交一次deductible, 而petplan是以病来区分的。 如果这次去看
拉肚子， 下次是去看皮肤发炎， 就需要交两次deductible。
需要注意的是， 不管你选的多少coinsurance（比如0)， 某些情况下，这个必须是20%
， 比如：
1, 去看specialized referral veterinary， 就是说换了家医院去看专家门诊的话，
自己也要付20%的钱。
2，非必要的急诊
3, 去看after hours vet
4，去看accredited school/college of veterinary
其中， 2，3，4的情况都不包括威胁生命的状况， 也就是说，若是紧急情况威胁宠物

对于第1点的MD 或equivalent，国内的本科临床检验专业可以吗？
理论上不行。我不清楚是否有人试过。
BOARD吗？
CP 的住院医生才需考CP的board。
fellowship的定义很广，可指resident后的专科培训(accredited and certified),临
床专科培训（certified but not accredited),或科研博士后培训。在这里指director
-track的博士后培训。我知道有（至少一个）中国人在美国拿化学PhD后，在公司工作
数年，再参加这种fellowship，最后在某大医院做临床化学的负责人。希望他（们）能
和大家分享经验。 |
