人贝雷特（Barrett）除了被控谋杀罪之外，还面临另外27项指控。其中包括非法拘禁

“警察都说了，这个案子结案至少要1、2年时间。以后我会看情况再做决定。实在不行

4月24日上午 一具漂浮的裸体女尸在悉尼新南威尔士州中部曼莫拉湖国家公园的海岸喷
泉洞里被发现。警方信息显示，死者颈部被多次刺伤，初步推断认为，女尸应该是被运
到喷泉洞附近再被抛下去的。
4月29日 警方确认，遇害女子就是失踪多日的成都女孩冷孟梅。
4月29日下午 死者姨妈的丈夫、27岁的当地人德里克·贝雷特被捕。
等了一个多月，成都女孩冷孟梅在悉尼遇害案终于有了新的进展。6月29日早上，伯伍

华裔夫妇陈班森(Benson Chin，音译)及何洪平(Hong Ping He)涉嫌载送华裔卖春女跨
州卖春，30日被法官分别判七个月与21个月监禁。法官还痛批20年前成为美国公民、八
年前曾涉卖春相关案件被捕的陈班森享受公民各项福利，却为非作歹，“不配当美国人
”。
根据起诉书，陈班森及何洪平自2014年5月至12月于华文媒体刊登按摩女招聘广告，聘
雇后便将受害者自法拉盛载至新州，以保管之名取走她的钱，并要她进汽车旅馆等电话
通知顾客上门的消息。受害者最初极力反抗性交易工作，但为了在中国的两子女及美国
的两继子女，不得不开始接客赚钱。不久后陈班森夫妇屡次将受害者载往其他两家汽车
旅馆，而每次移动性交易地点，夫妇二人便会扣押受害者所得，多达9520元。
去年两人被纽约南区联邦检察官办公室以三重罪起诉，包括共谋跨州卖春、跨州运送卖
春、利用跨州商务从事非法活动等，两人于今年初认“运送卖春”罪。检方提出量刑建
议为21至27个月，法官波利(William H. Pauley)认为陈班森夫妇针对英语能力有限、

原标题：山东“徐玉玉案”背后：福建电信“诈骗之乡”少年群像

山东准大学生徐玉玉被骗猝死案发生后，福建安溪过往的灰暗历史被重新挖掘出来。在
之前的媒体报道里，安溪被称为“诈骗之乡”。高峰时期，每天从这里发出的诈骗短信
多达数百万条。
近年来，当地政府对电信诈骗持续打击，一些安溪人转移至外地重操旧业。此次徐玉玉
案，6名嫌犯便是在江西实施。
何以安溪的电信诈骗屡禁不绝？多位受访人士认为，是一些人的价值观出现问题。诈骗
者对自身诈骗行为道德要求普遍较低，有人甚至认为这是一种谋略。泉州市一位多年参
与打击电信诈骗的警察说，他们不以诈骗为耻，而“以诈骗不到钱为耻”。
“诈骗在他们眼中，成了一种职业，仅仅是谋生的手段，所以出现一家人甚至一个村都
在诈骗。”这位警察说。
“诈骗之乡”
8月19日，山东省临沂市高考录取新生徐玉玉被犯罪嫌疑人以发放助学金名义，通过电
信诈骗骗走9900元。案发后，徐玉玉在报案回家途中晕倒，出现心脏骤停，送医院抢救
无效死亡。
公安部通报的嫌犯信息显示，徐玉玉案共涉6名嫌犯。
6名犯罪嫌疑人中，有5名来自福建。

年被上财从美国引进回来的青年教授被校方告知，在2016年8月31日“常任轨”教授6年
聘用期满后，不再续约。
尴尬的是，9名跟着他进行硕博连读的学生，有的已经拿到硕士文凭，正处于攻读博士
的关键期；有的刚刚入学一年，啥情况还不知道，就换了导师。
如今，事件正朝着茆长暄和学生们难以控制的方向发展。一方面，自认为学术水平很高
、教学水平很高、论文被引用率NO.1的茆长暄多次向学校索要解聘自己的具体理由，却
无果；另一方面，9个学生因为没有同领域导师指导，担心自己将来毕不了业。
学生们做好了最坏的打算，要么退学，拿着硕士文凭找工作去；要么重考，换一个有能
力指导自己的导师再继续学业。
考核通过的教授为啥被解聘
记者找到一份《上海财经大学“常任轨”教师管理办法》，办法明确了“常任轨”教师
的留任和晋升取决于其在教学、研究、校内外服务3方面的优秀表现。
首先来看看茆长暄的教学。他任职期间从未出现过无故旷课情况，而他的9名硕博连读
（学制5年）学生中的5人，都在毕业前完成了学校“发表英文论文1篇”的要求。

名正在硕博连读生前途未卜一事引发社会关注。校方给出不予续聘的理由是“大多数外
审同行专家不支持加上茆长暄的各方面表现，决定不再续聘”。昨天，记者联系上已经
不是上海财大人的茆长暄，采访中，他对校方不给自己通过考核的真实原因提出质疑。
茆长暄的9名学生则认可老师的科研水平与为人，为了顺利完成学业，奔赴教育部请求
留下老师。

2010年6月，从美国回国进入上海财大报到至今年6月30日获知不再续聘，“常任轨”教

再续聘，主要是“大多数外审同行专家不予支持”，结合外审意见，学院综合评议了茆
长暄进校以来在科研等方面的表现，建议不授予茆长暄任“常任轨”岗位，故截至2016

真实的留学生活一言难尽
2017年对于留学生们是伤痛的一年
年轻的生命离我们而去，大家都会心碎、难过
当有人失联时大家都祈求，悲剧不要再发生
今年圣诞节，对于D和他的朋友来说，变成了难熬的圣诞“劫”。
因为，他们刚从精神疗养院接出来的室友，张彤，又失踪了！
平安夜不平安。
至今，60多个小时过去了，还是找不到她。
张彤毕业于华盛顿大学波索尔校区，河北人，1994年生，于今年12月24日23:30-23:50
，从西雅图的家里离开，至今杳无音信。
这次“蒸发”发生在大雪夜。
D担心地说：“她有抑郁倾向、不带钱、穿的少、来月事，谁也不知道她去了哪儿。”

D至今很懊悔：“她出门十分钟，我们才反应过来。马上下楼去找，人已经不见了”。
