到每一个肽或者蛋白也不会有太大影响。而且，不好的spectrum variation都比较大，
一般会被排除。
但是，我觉得FDR会影响整体数据的precision/accuracy.这升高的3%FDR，意味着整个
的score cutoff提高了很多，多的不只是200个蛋白，还有上千的肽和可能上万的PSM.
3%的protein FDR的提升几乎等同于多加了>10% 的PSM，假设一个run有8w个spectrum,
包含进来的质量不好的PSM可能大几千。我们现在定量是base on Peak AUC, 所以这些
低质量的spectrum对整体的定量都会有影响。假设我们spike in了几十个蛋白在背景样

先说一下上面那个妈妈对我引的第二篇文章的理解，我觉得和作者的意图正是反了。作
者所说的是小学的老师过于形而上学的机械强调97%的accuracy, 不让孩子走向更深内
容的阅读。就像在浅水区游惯的人，上了中学后一下子被抛到深水区，孩子不能够习惯
在high complexity text中maneuver, 结果丧失对阅读以及吸取文字携载的内容的兴趣
。就好象读Shakespear的Romeo and Juliet, 你不需要对文字97%的掌握就可以去了解
和欣赏这个作品。这个是让我释然的一个原因，因为娃读书的范围很广，如果是她感兴
趣的topic, 她会毫无畏惧地去读，然后会问很relevant的问题，和我share她的想法和
学到的东西。这包括她竟会去读Time magazine 里一篇关于preemies的文章，以及她可

"Mil spec" is more about a set of tolerances and very basic features
nowadays.
Today, it means a basic 1911- flat mainspring housing, non beavertail grip
safety, fixed sights (3 dot sights are out there but most are flat black), a
right side only thumb safety that is NOT extended, a non adjustable, solid
trigger, a slide lock with the non extended thumb pad, a mag button that's
not oversized or extended, no beveling or extension on the mag well,

1) string tension - a tighter string helps the control and accuracy

2) string - a good string improves the spin and accuracy of serve

Now you are wrong on that. The number of hits recorded on the Japanese
ships indicate BeiYang's ships actually had a comparable, if not higher, hit
rate than the Japanese ships. Gunnery training is not the problem.
The problem is with the guns, and the type of shots fired. Japanese guns
had around 5 times rate of fire. So with roughly same accuracy, Japanese

“圣经通常用“斯陶罗斯”这个希腊语词来指用来处死耶稣的刑具。（马太福音27:40；
约翰福音19:17）虽然很多圣经译本都把“斯陶罗斯”译做“十字架”，但很多学者都
同意“斯陶罗斯”的基本意思其实是“直立的柱子”。
这个问题我以前谈过了，在例举提前1书是，4 处Who 被翻译成 God。圣经里有很多人
