所以，他们让你付 earnest money 开escrow acount.
但是，因为short sale的房子买方offer的价格一般都和最后银行approval的结果不一
样， 可你中间如果没有签过任何改变价格的东西，现在就要小心，要向agent要那个银
行同意的价格的document，看看和你同意的价格一样不一样，并看看还有没有其它限制
性条款， 然后再move forward.
当然，要明白的是，一般short sales的document很不固定，processing 方法也不一样
