中国需不需要自己的爱国者法案, 以应对对外开放下, 复杂的国际环境, 应对反恐怖, 反经济渗透, 反商业间谍,反外资垄断中国民生军工金融关键行业.
美国在911后, 加紧了反恐怖主义立法, 而"PATRIOT ACT"就是其中一个重大成果,

靠特招进一本，在班上升级垫底，心理压力大，别说毕业，提前辍学都有可能（原来进
二三本反而能顺利毕业）。
而原来各个少数民族里面正真聪明上进的好学生，本来就可以进一本的，现在进了却会
被别人说你不是凭真本事进的，特招的，这部分也是会有影响的（小朋友其实心里也会
攀比的）
而对本来这些勤奋上进能进一本的学生打击更大，他们会直接觉得受到歧视，因为自己
的肤色，别的小朋友可以收到优待，自己却受到限制，心里可能会自暴自弃或者愤世嫉
俗（很多小朋友心理其实很敏感的）

在全国范围内，任何公立中小学内携枪都属于federal felony, 同时校园屠杀案却如雨
后春笋一
般不断增加。从94年至今至今已发生14起，每两年一起。
不过就是在这个法案通过后，仍然有红州教职员工违法带枪到学校，制止屠杀的案例。

我提议从现在开始就正式统一改口叫它Skin Color Act 5，尤其是很多人还叫“那个AA
法案的”更应该改。
很多时候语言是非常关键的，反对堕胎的想出pro life的口号基本上为他们赢了一半的
战斗，对方花了好久才想出来pro choice这个提法，总算扳回一局。又比如好多人都说
bush tax cut，谁知道它的法案号码是多少。类似的还有obama care。我们叫他skin
color act一点都不过分，不知道的还以为SCA5真的是skin colora act的缩写呢 |
