3. Roseriver 是否直接或者间接的受雇或者听命于任何政治组织，团体或者外国政府
，她自己明白。当然，作为有删帖封人权利的版面决策和执行者，她应当公开说明。
4. 按照美国FARA Act of 1938 (the Foreign Agents Registration Act of 1938, as
amended, 22 U.S.C. § 611 et seq.), 任何外国政治团体（political parties),
个人（a person), 或者机构（organization) 企图（attempting）影响（influence)
美国公众观点，政策，和法律（public opinion, policy, and laws.), 都应当向美国
联邦司法部登记备案。

6. 这个法律的相关官方解释如下，
1) The Act requires every agent of a foreign principal, not otherwise exempt
, to register with the Department of Justice and file forms outlining its
agreements with, income from, and expenditures on behalf of the foreign
principal. These forms are public records and must be supplemented every six
months.
2) The Act also requires that informational materials (formerly propaganda)
be labeled with a conspicuous statement that the information is disseminated
by the agents on behalf of the foreign principal. The agent must provide
copies of such materials to the Attorney General.
3) Any agent testifying before a committee of Congress must furnish the
committee with a copy of his most recent registration statement.
4) The agent must keep records of all his activities and permit the Attorney
General to inspect them.
需要特别说明的是，按照这一法律，如果没有或者没有按时登记备案而违反本法律的，
将被视为犯罪而受到惩罚（criminal penalties).

About FARA Act 1938
The Foreign Agents Registration Act (FARA) was enacted in 1938. FARA is a
disclosure statute that requires persons acting as agents of foreign
principals in a political or quasi-political capacity to make periodic
public disclosure of their relationship with the foreign principal, as well
as activities, receipts and disbursements in support of those activities.
Disclosure of the required information facilitates evaluation by the
government and the American people of the statements and activities of such
persons in light of their function as foreign agents. The FARA Registration
Unit of the Counterespionage Section (CES) in the National Security Division
(NSD) is responsible for the administration and enforcement of the Act. | b*******g
