当然不是最近，而是等鸡毛事件过去一阵子，否则太频繁的游行也不好。
反Affirmative Action其实比反ABC反鸡毛容易团结到更多的人 -- 华人以及其他亚裔
，只要准备让孩子在美国上大学的，无论支持共和党还是民主党的，大陆的台湾的，老
将小将，亲共的反共的，基本上都支持这个反AA的诉求，毕竟直接的切身利益在那里。
可以去那些名牌大学门口，各州议院门口，等处游行，找议员lobby，还有就是报纸上
打广告之类的，都可以搞。
至于效果嘛，短期内可能没有立竿见影的作用，但持之以恒，软磨硬泡，总能捞到一些
好处的，毕竟这件事咱们是占理的，就算某些族裔需要照顾，那也该把照顾的名额弄个
上限，其余就该merit-based。

这次白女Abigail Fisher把AA告到最高法院，靠肤色种族搞AA已经难以维系了，录取学
生雇佣政府职员用肤色作为参考因素只是60年代的权益之策，现在法理上越来越无法自
圆其说。
可是diversity和老黑孩子成绩差还是liberal最关心的问题，NYT就提倡一个观点要考
虑收入，家庭财产，家庭结构，社区条件。
总之，世世代代最loser家庭的孩子，要最优先录取，父母祖辈越成功，孩子越排在后

立的，而且他们又都是中国在美国有业务的公司，所以准备file federal class

有被欺诈经历的人请联系我，告不到也至少搞到一个settlement然后所有被欺诈的人都
有分分钱，实在不成，也对方律师费折腾这些骗人的人半死，最好的就是他们default

Scalia说我一直认为任何形式的种族歧视都不行都不行宪法说不行就是不行，啥理由我
也不听不听不听不听。但既然原告没Challenge这一点，我也没话说（那你还说个啥劲
呢？）
Thomas，最高法院上唯一的黑人童鞋，坚决反对当前affirmative action的做法，认为
所谓的diversity的重要性根本不足以弥补种族歧视带来的问题。他的意见包括了很多
当初华人的论点，以及一些华人群体提出的数据。他说diversity必须只能是得到教育
利益的手段，而不能被认为diversity自己本身就是个利益；学校说这个种族歧视是“

明白对手为什么总要bite on the fake。拍子的OL run block一般，RB是个路人甲，难
道6-7人box还不够？除了Gronk需要double team, 像Lafell这样的凭自己搞不了任何
separation，没有play action他连球毛都看不到。

从来没玩过枪， 想买bolt action 是因为刚看了孙红雷的《二炮手》买.22是因为弹药
便宜，大众，可以多买点练手感。
没有直接买片中孙红雷用的九九式古董步枪是因为 1.子弹不够大众。2.成色好的也不
便宜 （300-400刀）
目前看中了walmart的 savage .22lr (147刀，白菜价，就是我的菜。。。）
想请教各位大大有啥推荐，指导，看法，啥的，大家唠嗑唠嗑？
如果有前辈走过这条道，认为这枪不值得买，还不如存多点钱，直接上更好的型号，请
一定告知～
只有两个情结：1.木头body，（最好有二战feel）2.bolt Action（有二战feel嘛。。

06比。为什么？子弹太小，太轻，Bolt太短。上弹退弹的时候找不到喀喀喀的潇洒感，
更没有后坐力。呵呵~~~
还有，50码归零的话，100码下降6寸，200码下降3尺。侧风影响巨大。
还有，便宜的.22弹药精度都不理想，想进1MOA基本没有可能。有精度的赛弹就不便宜
了。
当然优点也很实在，省钱还不耽误练技术。这是实打实的。 |
