本来都要买turbo tax,但看了review, 有hidden fee,州税36.99一个。

技术层面的东东，你和其他已经研究多时的大牛可以多多指导了。我觉得SKIL ACT已经
是CIR的piecemeal了，就不宜再piecemeal了。提出这个ACT的议员包括三条而不是一条
进来肯定是有目标支持群体的考量了，还是应该在一定范围内团结到可以团结的力量。
当然我们在跟议员CAMPAIGN的时候可以强调某一条对于美国经济或者当地经济的积极作

There are two factors which can determine whether the DREAM can become a
