万。可是common charge 1200+/month，外加300/month的additional fee。我没搞懂
additional fee是啥意识，为啥不直接加到common charges里面。
设施还可以，感觉不是很惊艳，主要是公共设施面积小只有半层楼（很多trump我们看
的都是一层，但是我买不起那个），但是因为比较新（2008年的）
tax一年6000
算下来一个月common charge+tax要2000+（这个里面包括全部的东西：水电气暖），比
mortgage还高
大家会不会觉得这么高common charge不正常？有什么途径知道钱怎么花的吗？我读了
HoA前2年的financial report，但是那个没有细节。感觉钱花的很怪---这个比曼哈顿
里面的trump soho HoA还高，或者至少一样高（也就是比那种设施更好的收费还贵得感
觉）。
另外这个楼里还有40%的房子没卖掉（还在开发商手里，现在卖不掉），这个会不会有
什么影响？我们要买的是2手 |

已经要求了好几天了..总之不断被自己和对方的agent诓. 一直说过一两天就有all
documents,但是一直没有.. 最后下的结论是, 卖家买的时候就是多1个bathroom. 前面
一个卖家写了disclose说没有addition和remodel. 这个就是所有证据了..他们也不清
楚为啥tax record和小区floor plan少一个bathroom. 最后要求我们buy as it is,
because other units also have additional bathroom and sold. |

发帖数: 1598 | 12 今天早上嘟嘟爸上班前提醒我说今天是黑色星期五，好好在家里休息，
没事别出门。
虽然在眯眯糊糊中答应了，但起床后发现今天有macy's one day sale。
受不了诱惑还是去了。到了macys居然找到了很好的停车位，开心！
不过逛了半天，没有10 off 25 的coupon，所以没有太好的deal。
出门看到Gap 又有additional 40％ OFF，虽然下定决心在知道老二
的性别之前暂时先不给嘟嘟再买任何衣服（实在太多太多啦）。但看
到很多漂亮的衣服和给力的价格，很难不冲动！精挑细选了半天满意
的去check out。看到显示器上一条条漂亮的小连衣裙6－7刀，t－shirt
和leggings 2－3刀，正反两用的遮阳帽3刀，还有袜子才60分。
我那个心情好啊！胃口也好了，想着一会去food court好好吃一顿，
呵呵。正在这时大大的悲剧啦！打开包包发现钱包没带！！！
找了半天高兴的找到了check book，但没有ID check book也用不了….
伤心地把买的东西让cashier 给留着，只能周末再过来取啦…
吃的也没有钱买了…那个郁闷啊！只好灰溜溜地回家啦！

2007年来美，联合报2009年的。
由于是J VISA，所以2009年是第三个财政年，可以不用交税。
2008年底我们的孩子出生。
报州税时，忽略了孩子的SCHOOL CREDIT（尽管都是自己带孩子），给多反了125刀，收
到钱后也受到了解释的信件。 这里赞一下，尽管钱不多。
联邦税也是1个月后自动进账户。 2周后也受到IRS 的信，说我们可以CLAIM
additional child credit。 （由于要回了所缴的税，根据相依WORKSHEET不能CLAIM
child credit那1000刀） 仔细看了INSTRUCTION，还真是，可以CLAIM additional
child credit。 于是，按照说明，寄出了8812表等。
2个月后，来信说45天内会再联系我们，给CHECK或者不符合的话会给出解释。
今天IRS来信，说我们不能CLAIM那1000.但没做任何解释，但我们可以appeal。
当初没CLAIM；IRS要我们CLAIM；
现在又说不行，真是纳闷。。。。。。
IRS周末不上班，特来此请教各位高手！
有经验的给说道说道。

我老公是2007年2月来美国的。从2009年2月起，他应该算是resident了。但这是来美
的第三年，所以，他仍然享受中美treaty，没有交联邦税。他在2010年4月份报2009年
税时，填了1040表，将我儿报进去。我儿是2009年3月出生的。但因没交税，所以，与
数额有关的地方都填了0.
后来我们收到一份child tax credit。老公说，不用填，我们没交税，填了也没钱给。
过了几日，那份表可能就扔了。
今天我在irs官网上查到这样一句话，“ If you have no tax. Credits, such as
the child tax credit or the credit for child and dependent care expenses,
are used to reduce tax. If your tax on Form 1040, line 46, or Form 1040A,
line 28, is zero, do not figure the child tax credit because there is no tax

，但是申请了2007 和2008 两年度的退税。现在我从2012年开始要交社保和医保，但不
用交联邦税。我的老婆是J2身份，2012年无工作，2012年10月份我们在这边生了一个小
孩。
我4月份提交了退税，当时参考了一些网上的资料，填F1040时把 line 21填为 “china
treaty exempt, article 19” 金额填“负的工资”,这样我在64a "Earned income
credit (EIC)"填了我查的金额 840，就是说我要840的退税。
但这个被IRS否决了，给我来信说我没有EIC， other payment是0。Total payments
and credits也是0。
但给了一个 schedule 8812和 “Additional Child Tax Credit Worksheet"的表，但
我按上面的的要求算了之后 我还是不能要到“Additional Child Tax Credit
Worksheet"。

我老公是Residence Alien, 我是non-residence, 我们是联合报税
家有两娃 都是在美国出生的 可以claim child tax credit
但是因为我家的税交了一共大概是600左右，child tax credit 是0 on line 51
然后上面有一个tip 是让先完成EIC on line 64a 再完成line 65 Claim additional
child tax credit.
但是我的EIC是0，结合8812的instruction和form, 我还是不确认我能不能claim
additional child tax credit？
如果可以的话，我算了一下 应该是2000.

外还有一千的child tax credit所以就算additional。打个比方，如果你算出来实际要
交两千，这一千的credit就只能抵一千的税，还剩一千你要自己交。这种情况就不是
additional了，说清楚了吗？供参考。 |

做了service request，今天得到的答复没有任何有用的信息：
“We have had to perform additional review and this has caused a delay in
processing time. Your case is currently in line for processing and
adjudication.”
记得有人说additional review就是掉进了无底洞，是这样吗？现在连Background
check做没做都没问出来。

card。今年5月份做了个SR，一直没看到结果。今天给客服打电话询问，客服不肯转
Tier 2，直接要了我的信息查了一下，说是需要Additional review，90天之内会有结
果。其他的信息，比如Background check是不是clear了，last touch是什么时候，都
问不出来。
想问一下大家这种情况是不是就意味着additional的background check？希望不要掉进
黑洞里，求大家帮忙分析和bless. |

个额外的广告在trade or professional organization上，但问题是这个professional
jounral（newsletter)是bi-weekly发行的，比如说，它的下一个issue是6/8/2012，
然后再下一个issus就是6/22/2012。因为时间紧迫，所以我们就准备打一个广告在6/8/
2012的那份newsletter/journal上，律师说这样的一个广告就足够了。是这样吗？
我看了一下最后要file的PERM ETA-9089表上对应于这个Additional recruitment的要
